OUR SERVICES Capital Markets The Capital Markets Department offers services to developers and investors (national and international) and has a dominant market position. We at CBRE have experienced the ups and downs of this fast evolving market and have always met our client s expectations. We have a profound knowledge of our own market, of its people and how the institutions function, which gives us a very competitive advantage. Furthermore, we are able to develop in-depth financial appraisals of all kind of projects and investments, and our vast international network and presence enables us to overcome borders and to negotiate international real estate deals. Since 2001, we have concluded over 80 transactions with a total of around 670,000 sq m and an approximate volume of 1.130 million Euros. In recent years, we have closed deals with companies such as IVG Stodiek, Multi Development, Sonae Sierra, Fundimo, Chamartín Imobiliária, Rockspring, PREF/British Land, Commerz Real, RREEF, Imopólis, Banif, AXA REIM, Union Investment, Santander Asset Managers, Barclays Bank, Zurich, Groupama, Wallpark and The Edge Group, amongst others. In 2012, we acted on behalf of a Portuguese developer in the sale of the new Microsoft HQ located in Parque das Nações (EXPO) and we acted for AXA REIM in the sale of the AXA Insurance Headquarters also located in the Parque das Nações. Both properties were sold to private Brazilian family office Red Investments. 3

OUR TEAM Capital Markets Francisco Horta e Costa FRANCISCO HORTA E COSTA Managing Director Managing Director of CBRE Lisbon since October 2012. Degree in Economics from Universidade Lusíada, Lisbon. After a brief one year experience at Citibank, Francisco worked for a Spanish construction company (Agroman/Ferrovial) where he was responsible for the Treasury Department. Francisco then spent 10 years at CBRE Portugal where he started working as a property fund manager and where he headed the Investment Department for almost 7 years, having led and participated in several relevant transactions in the market, with both domestic and international investors. In September 2008 Francisco joined Norfin, a Portuguese fund manager with circa 1bn of assets under management, as International and Commercial Director, and Board Member of the company in Spain. Francisco re-joined CBRE in November 2009 as Senior Director, coordinating contacts with institutional investors in the various areas of business, namely Capital Markets, and is also a member of the European Cross Border Capital Markets Group. Tim Seconde TIM SECONDE Associate Director Degree in Hispanic Studies from Manchester University and Masters in European Real Estate from Kingston University, London. Tim spent 2 years at Knight Frank in London before qualifying as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and moving to Portugal. After nearly 2 years at Knight Frank Lisbon where he was responsible for Valuations and Investment, he moved to the Capital Markets team of Cushman & Wakefield. Tim spent 9 years at Cushman & Wakefield Lisbon where he was responsible for some of the largest commercial property transactions in Portugal. He joined CBRE in April 2012 as Associate Director in Capital Markets. 16

In the 1960 s, the firm experienced large-scale expansion, growing to become a worldwide influence in the areas of property investment and corporate advice. 1998 marked the merger with the American company CB Commercial, founded in 1906, in S.
