1 General 1.1 Validity Charges according to this price list are valid as of 1 May 2013 1.2 Scope Take-off Charges for aircraft with an authorised MTOW less than 5,700 kg 1.3 Conditions of Services Swedavias Conditions of Services valid as of May 2013 are the terms and conditions under which Airport users use our Services at the Airport. If an Airport user uses our Services in any way (including taking off and landing) the Airport user agrees to be bound by these Conditions. airport carges less than 5 700kg swedavia 2013 3

2 Take-Off Charge A Take-Off Charge shall be paid for each take-off. The Take-Off Charge is based on the maximum take-off weight (MTOW) authorised in the aircraft s certificate of airworthiness rounded off to the nearest 1,000 kg. 2.1 Minimum Take-Off Charge The minimum Take-Off Charge at Swedavia AB airports is specified in the table below. Minimum charge per take-off (SEK) Airport SEK Stockholm Arlanda 250 Bromma Stockholm 250 Göteborg Landvetter 250 Malmö 250 Luleå 250 Umeå 250 Kiruna 250 Sundsvall Härnösand 250 Åre Östersund 250 Visby 250 Ronneby 250 2.2 Annual Charges The annual charge (including TNC) is valid for an unspecified number of take-offs from all Swedavia airports except Bromma Stockholm Airport, Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Göteborg Landvetter Airport and from all other airports that are affiliated with the joint system of annual charges (see section 2.2.6). Concerning take-off from Stockholm Arlanda and Göteborg Landvetter Airports, see section 2.2.7. The annual card is not valid when taking off/landing outside standard operating hours. For information about standard operating hours at Swedavia-owned airports, see AIP-Sweden/AD2 (http://www.lfv.se/sv/ FPC/IAIP/). The annual charge is valid for a continuous period of 12 months beginning on the first day of the month immediately following the month of payment. Any prepaid annual charge continues to apply to the aircraft if it changes owners. 2.2.1 Annual Charge for aircraft with an MTOW of 0 2.0 tonnes For aircraft with an authorised MTOW not exceeding 2,000 kg that is not engaged in scheduled operations, an annual charge can be paid. airport carges less than 5 700kg swedavia 2013 4

Free parking is valid at the following airports: Kiruna, Luleå, Ronneby, Sundsvall Härnösand, Umeå, Visby, Åre Östersund and other airports affiliated with the joint system of annual charges; see section 2.2.6. For those aircraft not paying an annual charge the charges and conditions laid down I Article 7 of Appendix 1 to Conditions of Services apply. airport carges less than 5 700kg swedavia 2013 5

2.2.4 Refund The annual Take-Off Charge will be refunded only in case the aircraft s airworthiness is forfeited due to damage. Payment of part of the annual charge is not refundable in the event of a strike, lock-out or similar activity in the labour market. If a refund is made, the user will receive the part of the annual charge that is attributable to the number of full calendar months after the accident. 2.2.5 Charges outside airport operating hours Charges in accordance with section 2 above are valid during the airport s standard operating hours. For landing and take-off before and after standard operating hours, the following charge applies for aircraft with an MTOW of 0 5.7 tonnes in addition to the normal Take-Off Charge: Time after closing Summer (15 APR 14 OCT) Winter (15 OCT 14 APR) Price per 30 minutes SEK 862 SEK 1,262 For information about standard operating hours at State-owned airports, see AIP-Sweden/AD2 (http://www.lfv.se/sv/fpc/iaip/). 2.2.6 Other airports affiliated with the joint system of annual charges Arvidsjaur Halmstad Ludvika Sveg Arvika Kalmar Lycksele Söderslätt Borlänge Karlskoga Mora/Siljan Trollhättan-Vänersborg Borås/Viared Karlstad Norrtälje Uppsala/Sundbro Gällivare Kramfors Norrköping Västervik Gävle-Sandviken Landskrona Sjöbo/Sövde Västerås/Johannisberg Hudiksvall Lidköping Skellefteå Ängelholm Hultsfred Linköping/SAAB Skövde Örnsköldsvik Höganäs Ljungby/Feringe Strömstad/Näsinge 2.2.7 Special conditions Movement of aircraft with an authorised MTOW not exceeding 2,000 kg is allowed until further notice at Stockholm Arlanda and Göteborg Landvetter Airport for those who pay an annual charge or hold a weekly season card as follows: Stockholm Arlanda Domestic traffic Monday to Sunday 10.00 p.m. 6.00 a.m. local time. Göteborg Landvetter Domestic/International traffic: Daily 10.00 p.m. 6.00 a.m. local time. For aircraft with an authorised MTOW exceeding 2000 kg but not exceeding 5,700 kg for Stockholm Arlanda and Göteborg Landvetter the annual charge for take-off is valid daily from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. local time. Slots at Stockholm Arlanda Aircraft movement at Stockholm Arlanda airport requires an accepted and confirmed time of departure and arrival (slot time). Ref AIP-Sweden/AD2/ESSA (http://www.lfv.se/sv/fpc/iaip/). 2.3 Exemption from Take-Off Charge 2.3.1 A Take-Off Charge shall not be paid for: Aircraft engaged in test flights arranged by Flight Safety Department for the purpose of establishing the airworthiness of aircraft (does not include test period), Aircraft operating solely on behalf of ambulance flights, HOSP flights, or search and rescue services, Take-off after turning back to the airport of departure due to technical or weather conditions. 2.3.2 Prior notification Subject to the provisions in section 2.3, exemption from the next Take-Off Charge (technical return excluded) may only be granted if notice has been given in advance to the appropriate air traffic services unit. When no air traffic services unit is available, notice must be given in advance to the local representative of Swedavia AB, provided that the intended take-off does not interfere with other aircraft. 2.4 Miscellaneous 2.4.1 Refund due to flight safety reasons The Take-Off Charge will not be reduced or refunded when the use of an airport is restricted due to flight safety reasons. 2.4.2 Prior notification Subject to the provisions in section 2.3, exemption from the next Take-Off Charge (technical return excluded) may only be granted if notice has been given in advance to the appropriate air traffic services unit. 3 Weekly season card Owners of foreign aircraft with an MTOW not exceeding 2,000 kg according to the certificate of airworthiness can buy a weekly season card provided that the flight is not intended for commercial purposes or school flights. The card is valid for a continuous period of seven days including the day of arrival and entitles the aircraft to an unspecified number of take-offs from Swedavia-owned airports except Stockholm Arlanda, Bromma Stockholm and Göteborg Landvetter during normal operating hours (see also section 2.2.7). Provided that parking space is available, the card is also valid for parking at all Swedavia-owned airports on space designated by the Airport Manager. The card cannot be issued retroactively, prior to the day of purchase. Upon request, the card may be issued for several continuous seven-day periods (maximum of 3 times within a 12-month period). The charge for a weekly season card (including value added tax) is for each continuous period of seven days is SEK 800. The card may only be obtained from Swedavia-owned airports. For take-off/landing at Stockholm Arlanda and Göteborg Landvetter, see section 2.2.7. The card shall be kept with the other documents pertaining to the aircraft and must be shown to the airport staff without being reminded to do so. 4 Miscellaneous 4.1 Reporting passenger numbers A load sheet or a Form E 1222 ATI (Air Traffic Information) verifying the number of passengers per flight, must be submitted to the airport, by the owner or user of the aircraft. For Swedish commercial taxi flights, a Form E 1268-1 may be submitted instead. The form must specify the traffic for the previous month and must be submitted no later than the 5th of the following month to: Swedavia AB, Swedavia, SE-601 79 Norrköping. If this information is not submitted as per this section, the flight will be charged based on the number of seats. 4.2 Exemptions Whenever called for, in consideration of international practice and subject to reciprocity, Swedavia AB may grant exemption from any of the charges under these regulations for foreign State aircraft and military aircraft. Reciprocity shall be deemed to be met if nothing to the contrary is known. If there are questions, please contact aviationbusiness@swedavia.se.
