2 Decision Airport Charges 2014 Swedavia has decided to decrease the Airport Charges by 1.5 %, and to increase the Ground Handling Infrastructure & PRM (assistance service) Charges by 15 %, bringing the total to +1 %. The consultation process was initiated September 11 th and finished December 6 th, comprising four main consultation meetings, two meetings on investment plans for Arlanda/Bromma & Landvetter and four local meetings (regarding centralized infrastructure for ground handling) at Arlanda, Bromma, Landvetter and Malmö, together with Airlines, Ground Handling Companies and Aviation Organizations. Swedavia has considered all comments and viewpoints received from the Airport Users during the consultation process, and revised the initial proposals - regarding both methodology and charges levels. 6 Swedavia s Incentive Program The Incentive Program 2014 will have the same structure as in 2013, with these changes: Charter Traffic Is excluded from the New Destination Discount (NDD) and Passenger Increase Bonus (PIB) programs, but entitled to a new dedicated marketing support program for Charter Traffic (ChIP), with support levels according to the table. New Destination Discount (NDD) The entitlement of half (50%) NDD for departures (during the five months evaluation period), as well as all seasonal NDD-programs for regional airports, are removed. Passenger Increase Bonus (PIB) The performance thresholds for all airports in the program are set at zero growth (previously 2,5 % at Arlanda, Bromma and Landvetter), in order to promote all airlines with a positive passenger growth in a challenging aviation market. The bonus level is reduced from 50% to 40% at Arlanda and Landvetter. 6
