Within Kitamura s smart design lies the Arumatik -Mi control, offering the flexibility for demanding high precision cutting and super fine finish capabilities with standard features that include 1680-block look ahead, incredible processing speeds of 2800 blocks/sec, expanded memory, large 19 CRT and various methods for quick and easy data transfer all you need for today s varied and complex workpieces. *Advanced CFRP Composite Patented Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) doors deliver the strength of steel at a fraction of the weight. The Mycenter-HX250G utilizes a powerful 15HP 15,000rpm, #30, dual contact spindle offering up to 70 N m of max torque and 15 bar coolant thru the spindle to easily handle high velocity machining on a wide range of materials. Kitamura s Intelligent Advanced Control System coupled with a spindle oil-cooling unit promote efficiency and reduce heat displacement while allowing for maximum cutting gains in precision cutting operations. Mycenter HX250G If you produce medium to long run small parts and desire a higher level of productivity, the Mycenter-HX250G is your machine! The fact is, it s the only #30 taper horizontal available in this space-saving size. This compact powerhouse features a high-speed 15,000 rpm spindle and efficient rotary 2-station APC with a full 4th axis rotary table for optimum productivity. The advanced Arumatik-Mi controller allows for the potential to add 5 th axis simultaneous machining capabilities on both pallets. 2

The HX250G features a generous work envelope for a machine of its size (D:350 mm x Dia x H:400 mm). Single piece slide covers on the X and Z axes combined with standard wash & shower coolant and scraper type chip conveyor offer exceptional chip management for optimum reliability. Standard with a 40-Tool automatic tool changer, the Mycenter-HX250G minimizes tool change time and maximizes cutting time with Kitamura s exclusive fixed pot ATC system whereby each tool is always returned to the same pot and the next tool to be used is kept in a stand-by pot. For increased capability, an optional 90 tool (total) ATC can be added to the Mycenter-HX250G in the field. Mycenter HX400G We designed the HX400G for total convenience and optimum work flow. One piece sliding front door, larger windows and easy grip door handles reduce operator work load and promotes a safe work environment. The feature packed Arumatik -Mi CNC swings toward the extra-large operator window for convenient and mobile work set-up and inspection. Even the maintenance cabinet is conveniently located next to the operation station. Mycenter 3X G Sparkchanger The Mycenter-3XG Sparkchanger's expansive work envelope easily handles a wide variety of machining applications. Dual pallets allow for the fixturing of single or multiple workpieces. Up to 5-axis simultaneous machining can be achieved by adding 5 th axis rotary tables in the field on one or both pallets. Don t be fooled by the compact design of the Mycenter-3XG Sparkchanger. This VMC is designed to deliver maximum performance with a lightning-quick 180 degree rotating 2-pallet system. For optimum performance and time savings, operators can load/unload pallets even while machining. Solid box ways and high speed rapids of 50 m/min (X&Y), 36 m/min (Z) boosts work throughput. Ballscrew cooling and IAC system work together to deliver superb accuracy of ±0.002 mm and ±0.001 mmrepeatability. Internal chip augers on either side of the bed casting coupled with wash and shower coolant and a rear/side discharge Double Decker style chip conveyor/filtration system keep the machine free of chips for your high-volume production requirements. 6

With the integration of the pallet changer into a space saving work envelope, the Mycenter-3XG Sparkchanger is ready for applications that require fast change over at a moments notice. The Mycenter-3XG Sparkchanger utilizes a 15 hp AC direct drive spindle. The dual contact spindle system provides simultaneous taper and flange contact for optimum rigidity and reduced vibration. Add its highspeed 15,000 rpm capability and the Mycenter-3XG Sparkchanger delivers outstanding super-fine finish capability, eliminating the hand polishing of work pieces and make it ideal for heavy duty cutting of molds to the high-speed accuracy cutting required for high precision parts.
