The Intermat range features hinges with opening angles of 110 and 125, thick door hinges with a 95 opening angle, wide-angle hinges with an opening angle of 165, special-purpose hinges for unusual face angles from W-45 to W+90 as well as hinges for glass doors and aluminium-frame doors. Intermat hinges are available for all common drilling patterns and come with various ways of attaching the hinge cup. Intermat with Silent System controls the movement of furniture doors, leaving them to close quietly and gently. Peace and quiet are immediately restored, enhancing living comfort in any home situation. And measurably benefiting every furniture user. Selective application: whether provided as standard or as an optional extra, fitting Silent System is left for the furniture manufacturer to decide. Silent System is either installed during production or later on by the fitter when furniture is assembled on location. Elegance for the hinge cup This particularly stylish Silent System element can be used for standard door-mounting styles. It screws onto the hinge cup to form a line with the hinge arm. Easy to clip on The Silent System element simply clips onto the hinge arm, making it easy to install without the need for tools. Two versions are available: for standard mounting styles and aluminium-frame doors or for the wide-angle Intermat 9956 hinge. Screws on in seconds flat This Silent System unit attaches to the top or bottom carcase panel with two wood screws without predrilled holes. This option is mainly used in conjunction with hinges for unusual face angles. High user benefit: Only one Silent System element is needed on a standard door with two hinges. Soft closing can be optimised to suit the size and weight of the doors at a setting wheel.
