// What s in the box In the big box you will find the bicycle and smaller box with pedals, saddle and seatpost and the spring for the steering. 422
// Step 1. Assembling the Stem, handelbar, gear cabel and bell step 1-01 Insert the stem into the head tube step 1-02 Then tighten the stem top bolt with a 6mm umbraco key 5
step 1-03 Loosen the 6mm umbraco bolt and twist the handelbar to a approx 30 degrees position step 1-04 Loosen one of the screws with a screwdriver, then twist the bell to the position as shown above and tighten the screw step 1-05 Press the cable into the cable holders as shown above 6
// Step 2. Now its time for assembling the mudguard and the front wheel 7
step 2-01 Push the front mudguard up as shown above Insert the bolt through the reflex mudguard and fork hole step 2-02 Mount the washer and nut and tighten the bolt with your fingers step 2-03 Use 2x10mm spanners to tighten the nut and bolt as shown above 8
step 2-04 Remove the grooved washers and the normal flat washer and nuts on both sides of the axle step 2-05 Fit the wheel into the front fork step 2-06 Mount the grooved lock washer so that the grooved side touches the fork 9
step 2-07 Fit the mudguard stay on the axle, Then fit the flat washer on the axle step 2-08 Fit the bolt and then tighten the front wheel on both sides make sure that the wheel is centred between the fork arms when tightening the bolts 10
// Step 3. Now its time to fit the brake Brake arm step 3-01 Press the brake claws towards eachother and fit the cable into the brake arm and push the rubber seal on as shown above 11
step 3-02 Insert the cable stop into the brake lever step 3-03 Now turn the barrel until the grooves are lined up step 3-04 Fit the cabel as into the groove and turn the cable adjusters so the groove is closed 12
// Step 4. Now its time to mount the pedals step 4-01 Contents from the small box 13
Please note There is a difference between left and right hand side pedals. Left hand side pedal is marked L and right hand side pedal is marked R 14
step 4-02 Right hand side pedal must be fitted on chainguard side step 4-03 Insert the right pedal into the crank arm with your fingers. Turn the pedal end clockwise untel tight step 4-04 Tighten with 15mm 15
step 4-05 Insert the left pedal into the crank arm with your fingers. Turn the threaded pedal end counterwise untel tight 16
// Step 5. Now its time to mount the saddle step 5-01 Fit the seatpost in the saddle clamp and tighten with a 13mm spanner step 5-02 Now fit the seadpost into the seat tube as shown above and tighten with a 13mm spanner and 6mm allen key 17

Ratchet with 13mm top T10 torx bit 2 x 10mm spanners 1 x rubber hammer Tools needed for assembling the front carrier and fit it on the bicycle 21
step 1-01 Front carrier frame step 1-02 4 x 13mm nuts, 4 x washers, 2 x U-bolts, 1 x spanning block, and 1x protection cap step 1-03 3 x wood panels, 1 x wood end panel 22
step 1-04 Places all wood panels on a table. Now place the front carrier frame up-side-down over the wood panels step 1-05 Fasten the 12 x 12mm screws with T10 bit 23
step 1-06 Attach the back wood panel step 5-07 Fit the back wood panel on the top part of the frame step 5-08 Fasten the 2 x 12mm screws with T10 bit 24
step 1-09 Remove the foil on the spacing block step 1-10 Now place the spacing block on the back of the front carrier between the 4 holes step 1-11 Thats it 25
//front carrier step 2. Now time for to fit the front carrier on the bike 26
27 Note: If the front carrier retrofitted remove reflex
step 2-01 Attach the front carrier on the frame and the first U-bolt should be fitted in the top two holes step 2-02 Now fit one washer, one nut on each side and tighten the nuts with your fingers step 2-03 Fit the end cap under the u-bolt as shown above 28
step 2-04 Tighten nuts with 13mm socket wrench. IMPORTANT: Do not over-tighten the bolts as it can bent the head tube and damage the bicycle. step 2-05 Fit the second u-bolt as shown above step 2-06 Use a rubber hammer if the u-bolt is a bit tight and repeat step 2-04 29
step 2-07 Tighten all 4 nuts with 13mm socket wrench. step 2-08 Job done IMPORTANT: Do not over-tighten the bolts as it can bent the head tube and damage the bicycle. Tighten the bolts carefully one by one until the front carrier is securely mounted on the bicycles and cannot be moved from side to side by pulling the basket by hand. If front carrier is still loose then tighten the bolts a bit more until the front carrier cannot be moved from side to side by hand. 30

step 5-01 Ratchet with 13mm top step 5-01 3mm allen key Tools needed for assembling the alu-basket and fit it on the bicycle 33
6 x 2 x 1 x 4 x 4 x Alu-basket 6x10mm umbraco bolts, 2xu-bolts, 1xrear panel, 4x13mm nuts and 4x washers 3x wood panels 34
step 1-01 Fit the wood panels with 10mm screws by using 3mm allen key step 1-02 35
//Alubasket step 2. Now it s time to fit the alu basket onto the bike step 2-01 Hold the basket up to the head tube of the bicycle step 2-02 Fit the first u-bolt and washer 36
step 2-03 Fit the end cap under the u-bolt as shown above step 2-04 Tighten nuts with 13mm socket wrench. IMPORTANT: Do not over-tighten the bolts as it can bent the head tube and damage the bicycle. 37
step 2-05 Fit the second u-bolt as shown above step 2-06 Tighten nuts with 13mm socket wrench. IMPORTANT: Do not over-tighten the bolts as it can bent the head tube and damage the bicycle. Tighten the bolts carefully one by one until the basket is securely mounted on the bicycles and cannot be moved from side to side by pulling the basket by hand. If basket is still loose then tighten the bolts a bit more until the basket cannot be moved from side to side by hand. 38
Head tube step 2-07 Note: If the alu basket conflicts with the handelbar adjust the alu basket slightly up or down the head tube 39
