I. Cyber Wealth 7 Mission Statement Cyber Wealth 7 (CW7) is a Sales Partner Program that was created by Cyber Wealth Alliance Inc. (CWA Inc.) a sales company registered in California, USA with a dual purpose in mind: 1. To provide bulletproof protection for individuals, families and small businesses against online data-, financial- and identity theft. This is accomplished by selling a state-of-the-art, patented keystroke encryption software that fully secures the keyboard by encrypting your keystrokes in real time during online activities protecting your usernames, passwords and other sensitive data. 2. To provide a legitimate, long term, global business opportunity with generous commissions for anyone who is interested in earning extra income by helping to protect others from online theft. Our compensation structure was created both for the seasoned industry leaders, who want true financial freedom with unlimited residual income potential and also for people who want to supplement their income. If you are able to refer just 3 (sales partner) sales to people who want to be protected against online theft, not only can your own protection be free, but you can make a positive cash flow every month. If someone does not intend to refer at all, we suggest that you enroll them as a Customer only and let them enjoy our products. It very well might be, that later on they will realize how incredible an opportunity this is for them to earn residual income, and then they will be able to upgrade to a Sales Partner. This is NOT a get rich quick scheme that promises big money and financial freedom for simply enrolling into our program! However, our Compensation structure very quickly produces enough money for anyone to be able to stay and work long enough to create a substantial monthly residual income. To maximize the benefits of the CW7 Compensation Plan, you are allowed to build a sales team as well. II. Customers vs. Sales partners In the Cyber Wealth 7 program we call those individuals or business entities CUSTOMERS, who wish to be protected against online theft and subscribe to one of our software packages, but do not intend to be involved in the sales of our products. Our SALES PARTNERS are those individuals or business entities who wish to earn income by referring our CW7 software packages worldwide, as independent sales representatives. CW7 Sales Partners can earn truly unlimited residual income by promoting and selling our software subscription packages to Customers and by building a Sales Team that sells to even more Customers. All products are provided by the company directly as well as customer service and technical support. III. Packages & Prices The CW7 software packages are available on a monthly subscription where subscribers are required to pay a onetime download fee and a small monthly subscription fee in order to use our products. Our packages and prices were created with a very important purpose in mind, and that was to make online data protection affordable for literally everyone worldwide. We have 3 package options available for both our Customers and our Sales Partners, depending on how many computers they intend to protect. All of our packages contain access to both the Standard and the Premium version of our encryption software. The Standard version provides full protection against online theft by encrypting your keystrokes during online data input and financial activities. The Premium version provides extra data protection by encrypting your keystrokes during all computer activities, including use of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, online and offline e-mail, Skype, different accounting programs, word processing programs, etc. 2014 Cyber Wealth Alliance Inc. Our Standard version is all the protection required to keep you safe online. Our Premium version provides additional browser and application options for your convenience. Our encryption software encrypts your keyboard in real time with 256 bit encryption, which is the highest existing level of encryption today, and makes it literally impossible for keylogging viruses to access any information from your keyboard. We also provide a high quality, fully secure, unlimited gigabyte Cloud computer backup and storage product for every Customer and Sales Partner as part of our package. This is secure 256 bit encryption storage of data. Customer Only Subscription Packages: 1. Sales Partner Subscription Packages: 1. Cyber Friend package (4 computers / 2 Premium) One time download fee: $15 Monthly subscription fee: $14 / month 2. Affiliate Partner package (8 computers / 4 Premium) One time download fee: $45 Monthly subscription fee: $26 / month 3. Executive Partner package (14 computers / 6 Premium) One time download fee: $59 Monthly subscription fee: $44 / month IV. Commissions on Customer subscriptions There are 3 types of commissions paid on Customer subscription packages: A. One time sales commission This commission is paid to a Sales Partner when they personally sell a package to a Customer. Depending on which of the 3 packages are sold, the commission is $5 for Personal, $10 for Family and $20 for a Business package sale. B. Monthly residual commission This is a monthly recurring commission that is paid to a Sales Partner each month from the monthly subscription fee of their personal customers, as long as the customer has an active monthly subscription. Depending on the subscription package of the customer, the monthly recurring commission is $1 for Personal, $6 for Family and $11 for Business subscriptions. 2014 Cyber Wealth Alliance Inc. C. Team Customer Sales monthly residual commission This is a monthly recurring commission that is paid to a Sales Partner each month on all active Customer subscriptions sold by their Sales Team 7 levels deep. Depending on the subscription package of the customer, the monthly recurring commission is 25 for all Personal, 50 for all Family and $1.00 for all active Business subscriptions. There is no better way to build a long lasting, stable, monthly residual income than selling a product that protects people and businesses from being ripped off. This is a product that is extremely needed in today s chaotic online world. The above commissions are paid regardless of what the Sales Partner s own package is, as long as the Sales Partner has an active subscription. The number of potential customers is unlimited on all 7 levels. V. Commissions on Sales Partner subscriptions Cyber Wealth 7 Sales Partners can also earn unlimited income on the Sales Partner subscription packages. The core value of our business opportunity is that everyone is using our products, as everyone needs effective protection from online criminals. Because of that our Sales Partner packages contain our products, as well as the ability to refer our products. We found that one of the best ways to mass market a product is to allow loyal customers to refer it to others and build a residual income this way. Most people are looking for opportunities to earn extra income and the best advertisement is a truly happy customer. We have a global opportunity with a product that is ahead of the curve. We highly reward our Sales Partners not only for Customer sales, but also on your Sales Teams Sales, as that is the key to raise more and more awareness in the world about online threats. Our commissions and bonuses paid on active Sales Partner packages are truly unlimited across someone s sales team, both in depth and width. This is a revolutionary concept and makes it possible for anyone to realistically reach the goal of financial freedom within just a few years or in some cases even months. There are 7 types of commissions paid on Sales Partner subscription packages: A. One time sales commission This commission is paid to a Sales Partner when they personally sell another Sales Partner package. Depending on which of the 3 packages are sold, the commission is $7 for Cyber Friend, $25 for Affiliate Partner and $35 for an Executive Partner package sale. B. Sponsor Monthly residual commission This is a monthly recurring commission that is paid to a Sales Partner each month from the monthly subscription fee of their personal Sales Partners, as long as they have an active monthly subscription. Depending on the subscription package of the personal, the monthly recurring commission is $3 for Cyber Friend, $6 for Affiliate Partner and $11 for Executive Partner subscriptions. C. Monthly Residual Team Bonus This is a monthly recurring commission that is paid to a Sales Partner each month on all active Sales Partner subscriptions 7 levels deep. D. Fast Start bonus This bonus is a jump-start to reward those Sales Partners who personally sell 3 or more Sales Partner packages within their FIRST MONTH of joining CW7. The Fast Start bonus is paid to a Sales Partner on all 3 packages once their third personal Sales Partner joined with an active subscription, and will also be paid on all subsequent Sales Partner packages that a person sells within the first month of joining (NO LIMIT). Depending on the packages sold, this extra bonus is $3 for a Cyber Friend, $5 for an Affiliate Partner and $10 for an Executive Partner package sale. E. Monthly Coded Bonus This bonus is paid monthly to a Sales Partner down to infinite depth on those personal lines that are assigned or coded to them. Every Sales Partners 1st, 3rd, and 5th personal Sales Partners will be coded to them, as well as all personal Sales Partners from the 7th personal to unlimited width. You will receive Monthly Coded Bonuses on these personals, as long as they are active. These personals will also receive monthly coded bonuses on their 1st, 3rd, and 5th personal and from the 7th on. BUT YOU WILL RECEIVE Monthly Coded Bonuses on their 2nd, 4th, and 6th personals! And not only on them! YOU WILL RECEIVE Monthly Coded Bonuses on the 2nd, 4th, and 6th personals of every Sales Partners who were coded to you, down to infinite depth. 2014 Cyber Wealth Alliance Inc. (02.14) Page 9
The Monthly Coded Bonus depends on two factors: the Sales Partner s own package, and the package that the bonus is paid on. In other words, the higher package you have, the more bonuses you get. Monthly Coded Bonus Amounts: If you are a Cyber Friend, you get $3 Monthly Coded Bonus on all Sales Partners that are coded to you, regardless of what package they have; If you are an Affiliate Partner, you get $3 Monthly Coded Bonus on all Cyber Friends and $5 on all Affiliate and Executive Partners that are coded to you; If you are an Executive Partner, you get $3 Monthly Coded Bonus on all Cyber Friends, $5 on all Affiliate Partners, and $15 on all Executive Partners that are coded to you. CODING RULES 1. Only Sales Partners can become coded, Customers are not placed in the coding system. 2. A Sales Partner becomes coded immediately upon paying for their package. 3. Every Sales Partners first (1), third (3) and fifth (5) personals will be coded to them. 4. Every Sales Partners seventh (7) coding qualified personal will be coded to them and all personals thereafter to unlimited width. 5. On your own coded lines, when a Sales Partner is coded to you, their second (2), fourth (4) and sixth (6) personals will also be coded to you, to infinite depth. 6. It is the responsibility of every Sales Partner to help those 3 personals as well, that are not coded to them, but coded to their upline. 2014 Cyber Wealth Alliance Inc. (02.14) Page 10
As this is an infinite depth bonus, it cannot be expected from anyone to manage their own coded lines in depth, it is always the Sponsor who is required to help their personals. 7. If a Sponsor s upline coded personal goes inactive for 30 days, the Sponsor will need to enroll a new personal Sales Partner within 30 days that will be coded upline, in addition to the requirements of the coding structure. If no new member is enrolled within that 30 day period, the Sponsor will split their coded bonuses with the coded upline member on the preceding line of the inactive position, until a new coded line is provided. 8. If a Sponsor s upline coded personal does not have at least 2 active personal Sales Partners within 2 months of joining, the Sponsor will need to enroll a new personal Sales Partner to be coded upline, in addition to the requirements of the coding structure. Until a new coded line is provided, the Sponsor will split their coded bonuses with the coded upline member on the preceding line of the position in question. 9. As the continuation and success of the unlimited depth coded lines depends on the integrity of our Sales Partners, it is strictly forbidden to manipulate the coding structure by placing fake Sales Partners in the positions coded to upline (i.e. family members who won t build, or people that are in fact Customers and do not intend to build a Sales Team). If it is found that a Sales Partner is trying to abuse the coding system, he or she will be required to provide a new active personal to their upline. The coding system is for Sales Partners who commit to building a Sales Team. Those who do not intend to work, are very welcome as a Customer, or even a Sales Partner coded to their Sponsor, but not in the positions that are coded upline, as the access to depth is critical in the coded lines for everyone s benefit. 10. What you do as a Sponsor tends to be duplicated in your own team. Realize that the unlimited income potential on your own coded lines depends very much on the sponsoring work of the Sales Partners in your downline. Take care of your upline, ensure the continuation of their coded lines by sponsoring your personals well, and you can expect the same to happen in your own coded downlines. F. Monthly Matching Coded Bonus Cyber Wealth 7 is not asking you to sponsor some of your personals just to be given to your upline. You are going to be paid on them too! You get paid 10% of all the coded bonuses that your personals earn, including those who are coded to your upline. When any of your personals get a monthly coded bonus, you also get a 10% matching bonus. This means $30, 50 or $1.50 unlimited width and depth on all coded bonuses that your personals earn, every month. But this is not all. If you are a Cyber Friend, you get the Matching Coded Bonus on all your personals coded bonuses. If you are an Affiliate Partner, you get the Matching bonus not only on all your personals coded bonuses, but also on all of their personals coded bonuses. This is a 10% matching bonus through 2 generations of personals. If you are an Executive Partner, not only do you get the Matching bonus on all your personals coded bonuses and on all of their personals coded bonuses, but you get an extra level added to that, and you will make a 10% matching bonus on 3 generations of personals coded bonuses from unlimited depth and width. Having at least three (3) active personally sponsored Sales Partners who have their own three (3) active personally sponsored Sales Partners. VII. Special Bonus Awards Here you will find the descriptions of our Special Bonus Awards as well as any specific terms and conditions relating to them. It is our intention to provide a clear understanding of how and when these bonuses are given and what they consist of. Monthly Gas Card Starting from the Senior Vice President rank, all leaders get a monthly contribution for their travel to different meetings and events in the form of a debit card that can be used at gas stations, or in certain countries in the form of a monthly cash payment. Company Shares & Dividends Upon leader earning Corporate Stock Bonus with rank achievement, leader s stock shall be 100% vested and irrevocable. Company will start paying dividends on its stocks commencing the first quarter of 2014. Monthly Health Bonus Starting from the Executive Vice President rank, all leaders get a monthly Health Bonus. In the USA it will be given in form of Premium Health Insurance, in certain countries it will be given as a cash bonus. Family Car bonus Starting from the Executive Vice President rank, leaders will become qualified to get a monthly Family Car Bonus that must be applied for the purchase of a new or used car. The maximum value of this bonus can be $577. The actual value is always the exact amount of the car payment. This bonus is paid once the leader achieved the Executive Vice President rank. After the bonus is given, it becomes IRREVOCABLE and the company guarantees the monthly payments as long as you maintain an active Executive subscription and at least the Senior Vice President rank. 2014 Cyber Wealth Alliance Inc. Family Vacation bonus Starting from the Executive Vice President rank, leaders will become qualified to get 1 Week Family Vacation every 6 months. Our company knows how much family time is being sacrificed while someone is building their business and we are a company who cares a great deal about families. And so we want to give back to the families with company paid family vacations! The bonus amount is calculated by taking the average of last 6 Months Weekly Earnings x 150% up to a maximum of $3,000 per paid vacation. Proof of 1 Week Vacation must be faxed to Company to ensure the continuation of this benefit every 6 months. Luxury Car or New Home bonus Upon achieving the International Vice President rank, a leader shall receive up to a $1,777 Monthly Bonus Allowance that must be applied to a new car purchase or to a house purchase. Once acquired, the Luxury Car or New House Payment Bonus is IRREVOCABLE upon the leader acquiring the International Vice President Rank, purchasing a new car or house and faxing the Purchase Agreement to the Company. The Company guarantees all payments will be made until the car or house is paid in full. Company will unconditionally & irrevocably pay the monthly Car or Mortgage Payment regardless of attrition as long as the leader maintains the minimum of Senior Vice President Rank. 1% Global Pool of 250 Executives The first 250 Executive Sales Partners who have 7 personal AP or EP Sales Partners will be placed in a Global Pool where 1% of company s global monthly Affiliate subscription sales volume is distributed every month. This pool is going to be closed forever upon achieving the 250 Executive Partners with 7 personal AP and EP Sales Partners. In order to get your share of this 1% you need to maintain your active Executive status and you have to have at least 7 active personal AP or EP Sales Partners in a given month. 2014 Cyber Wealth Alliance Inc.
