3 YOR HEALTH INCOME DISCLOSURE STATEMENT At YOR Health we take great pride in our ethical business practices, and we invite anyone who would like to spread good health and work towards bettering the lives of your friends and family to join us. We go to great lengths to bring you the highest premium quality products to help you achieve optimal health and reach your financial goals. We also go beyond what is required of us to provide you with the details of our YOR Health Independent Representative (IR) Income Disclosure Statement so you can decide whether or not the YOR Health Opportunity is right for you. Certification Test: All YOR Health Independent Representatives are required to pass a Certification Test (CT) in order to participate in the YOR Health Compensation Plan. The following chart represents the average earnings of the ranks of all YOR Health IRs globally and provides high, low, and average 4-Week income information. An Active IR is defined as any person who: (1) executed a YOR Health IR Enrollment Application and Agreement; and (2) has earned at least one commission check. Note that this excludes IR who did not renew, any Select Customers and/or IRs whose relationships with YOR Health were revoked. An individual who has executed the YOR Health IR Enrollment Application and Agreement, but has not fulfilled criteria (2) above is not an Active IR. If, and only when, all criteria are satisfied does that person become an Active IR. Accordingly, the status of an individual can, and sometimes does, change throughout the course of a year. 4 9STREAMS OF INCOME YOR Health Promoters, also known as Independent Representatives (IR,) have the opportunity to earn an income as a direct distributor of YOR Health s line of premium health products. The YOR Health Compensation Plan was designed to offer dynamic opportunities to earn income. 5 GETTING STARTED The YOR Health Compensation Plan is designed to provide YOR Health Independent Representatives (IRs) an opportunity to own their own business through the successful sales of YOR Health products. To help you succeed and maximize the multiple streams of income that YOR Health has to offer, we have set minimum requirements and milestones for the various compensations and rank achievements. This structure will not only help you attain success, but to also maintain success in the long run. However, as with every business, one s own success is dependent on the successful implementation of hard work, diligence, commitment and leadership. UNDERSTANDING VOLUME Product Volume (PV) a company-assigned value for each product for commission purposes. Retail Product Volume (RPV) The Product Volume from an IR s product orders that are used for retail sale. RPV can only be assigned to your highest placed Profit Center (PC) in your Placement Tree to be considered for Maintenance. Customer Product Volume (CPV) Product Volume generated from the product sales of your personally sponsored Select Customers, their personally sponsored Select Customers, and so on. Group Product Volume (GPV) The total Product Volume from product sales of SCs and IRs in your entire downline. Team Commission Volume (TCV) Group Product Volume generated under the Placement Tree used to calculate and generate Team Commission bonus. UNDERSTANDING MAINTENANCE You must be a maintained IR in order to earn any YOR Health Commissions. To be maintained, you must accumulate at least 100 RPV or 200 CPV* from products sales every 28 days. If at any time, you are not maintained, all volume will reset and new GPV will not be accumulated until maintenance has been fulfilled. Reset will be permanent after Friday at 11:59 pm (Pacific) of any week you are not maintained. Note: A new IR is automatically maintained for the first 28 days from the date of enrollment. *Maintain 200 RPV or 400 CPV every 28 days to eligible for higher ranks and maximize earning potential. 2

Max of one White Diamond per PSL can count towards the Star White Diamond ranks. *** The 5th White Diamond can be on a separate 5th PTL, or within a PSL who is placed under an existing PTL with a White Diamond. Max of one White Diamond per PSL can count towards the Star White Diamond ranks. UNDERSTANDING YOUR SPONSOR TREE & PLACEMENT TREE Both the Sponsor Tree and the Placement Tree are similar - they track the genealogy of all your personally sponsored SCs and IRs (collectively known as Personally Sponsored People or PSP) in your organization. The placement of your PSPs are not always the same in both trees. In the Sponsor Tree, everyone you personally sponsor is automatically placed on Level 1, also known as your frontline. In the Placement Tree, you control where you place your PSP. Use the Placement Tree to strategically build your organization. Building a successful organization will help you and your team advance in ranks, as well as maximize your Team Commissions. 3
7 UNDERSTANDING THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF LEVELS Each section of the YOR Health compensation plan may have a different definition for the term, levels. Use this guide below to understand the different meanings of levels. Sponsor Tree Levels Sponsor Tree levels refers to where you place Personally Sponsored People in your Sponsor Tree downline organization. Anyone you personally sponsor is your Level 1 (frontline), anyone they personally sponsor would be your Level 2, and so on. Placement Tree Levels This level is the number on which Select Customers and IRs are placed in your Placement Tree downline organization. People placed in your Placement Tree do not necessarily need to be part of your sponsor lineage. Anyone placed directly under you is your Level 1 (frontline), anyone placed directly underneath them is Level 2, and so on. Compressed Levels in Team Commissions (TC) If an IR is not Maintained, they are not eligible to receive a TC for that pay period; their level is considered, compressed. The TC bonus will be distributed through the Placement Tree to the next eligible IR. See Team Commissions for more details. Fast Start Bonus (FSB) Levels The term levels used in reference to Fast Start Bonuses applies to the distribution levels for Fast Start Bonuses. See Fast Start Bonus below for more details. UNDERSTANDING THE WAITING ROOM The Waiting Room is one of the biggest advantages of the YOR Health system. All new Personally Sponsored People (PSP) will be temporarily placed on your Level 1 (frontline) in your Placement Tree and will be held in your Waiting Room for 56 days (8 weeks) from the date of their enrollment. All PSP in the Waiting Room can still generate volume, earn commissions and earn rank achievements. If you decide to relocate your PSP from the Waiting Room, any unpaid volume they generate for that Cycle will move along with them. The Waiting Room can be a helpful tool in building your organization. As you accumulate volume from the people in your Waiting Room, you can then make strategic decisions on where they can best be placed. Avoid moving anyone from your Waiting Room until you have discussed your team structure and goals with your upline or someone that understands the strategy behind building a successful organization. It is recommended you ONLY move someone from your Waiting Room if they are about to expire or you absolutely have to move that person out. All moves are final. Once you move a PSP from your Waiting Room to your Placement Tree, they are locked in that position. If you do not move a PSP out of the Waiting Room within the 56 days (8 Weeks), that PSP will be permanently placed on your Level 1 (frontline). 4
8 1 RETAIL PROFITS Personally Sponsored Customers Based on Retail and Wholesale Price difference Based on maintenance of 7 Rule Pays every Week (for retail sales purchased by the SC directly online through YOR Health website) INTRO: As an Independent Representative (IR), you are eligible to purchase YOR Health products at the discounted Wholesale Price and re-sell the products at Retail Price, generating immediate profits (up to 37%) instantly*. Products sold online at Retail Price carry the same PV value as products sold at Wholesale Price. WHO: Independent Representatives HOW: Option 1: Purchase YOR Health products at discounted Wholesale Prices, re-sell the products to your customers at the Retail Price (not through the YOR Health website) and supply your customers with a detailed receipt of purchase**. This allows you to supply the products to your customers at the point of sale. Option 2: Register your customer as a Select Customer. When your personally sponsored Select Customer purchases YOR Health products at Retail Prices through the YOR Health website, you will earn the difference between Retail and Wholesale Price in your next weekly commission check. Online Retail Example: Your Customer buys a 360 Starter Set at Retail from the YOR Health website. 1.) Retail purchase price is $ ($ Wholesale) 2.) You EARN $ Retail Profit ($ $300.00). That s over a 37% profit! 3.) Plus, you EARN $22.00 PCB*** (1 of 220 PV) 4.) Plus, you EARN $11.00 Team Commissions (5% of 220 PV) Your commission total would be: $ ($ $ $11.00) from the online sale of a 360 Starter Set at Retail Price. * Profits are based off of YOR Health s 7 Rule: YOR Health requires a minimum of 7 of the inventory of the Independent Representative (IR) and their personally enrolled customers orders to be sold before purchase of additional product. ** Independent Representatives (IR) are required to provide all Retail and Select Customers with two (2) copies of an official YOR Health Sales Receipt specifying the date of sale, the amount of sale and the items purchased. *** The first 200 PV within every 4-week cycle and PV from Business Sets will not generate PCB. 2 PERSONAL CUSTOMER BONUS (PCB) Sponsor Tree Based on Customer Product Volume (CPV) and Retail Product Volume (RPV) Pays every Week INTRO: Earn commissions for acquiring customers and selling products to your personally sponsored customers, their personally sponsored customers, and so on. The PCB may also include your Retail Product Volume (RPV) from non-first orders purchased through your own account for retail sales. (i.e. Your first order with RPV does not apply towards PCB). WHO: All maintained Independent Representatives HOW: Accumulate your CPV and your non-first order RPV for up to 4 weeks, and each week your accumulative volume will qualify you for a PCB percentage for the new volume generated each week (see table below.) The more volume you accumulate the larger percentage you can earn. After four weeks, your accumulated volume will reset to zero and you can then start to accumulate again with a new 4-week cycle. 5
9 Note: PV from Business Sets do not generate PCB. Earn commissions from the sales of Business Sets through the Fast Start Bonus (FSB.) 10 53 RISING STAR BONUS (RSB) Sponsor Tree Based on Product Volume from non-business Sets Pays every Week INTRO: We set aside of the TOTAL Commission Volume* to reward new Promoters that achieve Rising Star status! 1 Once you become a Rising Star, you will automatically achieve the rank of 2K Promoter and will be eligible to earn from the Rising Star Bonus pool for your life as a YOR Health Promoter! WHO: Rising Star Independent Representatives HOW: Option 1: Rising Star Qualification Requirements 1. Complete the GPV requirements below within 28 days of enrolling as an IR. 2. Accumulate 2,000 GPV from product sales in your Placement Tree by either: -OR- a. Purchasing a Business Set of 500+ PV in a single transaction to retail and/or host parties AND accumulating the remainder 1,500 GPV from your downline organization. b. Accumulating the entire 2,000 GPV from your downline organization. 3. Generate three (3) maintained Placement Tree Legs (PTLs). Maintained PTLs are any legs in your Placement Tree with an IR maintaining at least 100 RPV or 200 CPV within a 4-Week Cycle. Option 2: Rising Star Qualification Requirements 1. Complete the CPV/RPV requirements below within 28 days of enrolling as an IR. 2. Accumulate 2000 CPV/RPV from product sales from your Personally Sponsored People (Challenge sets, Business sets and personal orders apply) by either: -OR- a. Purchasing a Business Set of 500+ PV in a single transaction to retail and host parties AND accumulating the remainder 1,500 CPV/RPV from your Personally Sponsored People. b. Accumulating the entire 2,000 CPV/RPV from your Personally Sponsored People. Details: The 3 Placement Tree Legs (PTLs) requirement is waived for Option 2. The accumulated 2000 CPV/RPV requirement must come from enrollees you Personally Sponsored, not the total GPV accumulated in your Sponsor Tree. 7
11 (Please see the Understanding Ranks chart below for more details). Once you re a Rising Star, you can start earning points for the Rising Star Bonus Pool. Earn additional points in the RSB pool every time a personally sponsored Promoter becomes a Rising Star. How to Earn Points Points Qualify for Rising Star 5 Every time a Personally Sponsored Promoter becomes a Rising Star 5 1 Sales of products in Business Sets are counted towards earning points as a Rising Star, but do not count towards the RSB pool. *Excluding GPV from Business Sets 54 FAST START BONUS (FSB) Sponsor Tree Based on Product Volume from Business Sets only Pays every Week INTRO: As you build your team, FSB is created to help you and your sponsoring mentors earn through the sale of products within the Business Sets to IRs in your Sponsor Tree. FSB on a 500 PV Business Set can generate up to $180 in Generation 1 and up to $45 in Generation 2, totaling up to $225 in FSB throughout your Sponsor Tree. WHO: HOW: All maintained Independent Representatives For every Business Set (minimum 500 PV) that is sold to IRs, a FSB is distributed up the Sponsor Tree to the eligible Levels. As the FSB is distributed up through the Sponsor Tree, it looks for the next eligible rank. The amount of distribution for each level is determined by the FSB Distribution Chart below. The higher your Paid As Rank (PAR), the more you become eligible for. Starting from the sale of a Business Set, the FSB moves upward to the next eligible rank; some ranks may get skipped for a FSB if their downline is a higher rank. Levels: Fast Start Bonus Levels are bonus distribution levels. Fast Start Bonus Levels are not related to the level in which you appear on the Sponsor Tree. Your rank determines your FSB distribution level. FSB are only distributed one time per Level per Generation. If you are the upline sponsor and eligible to receive a FSB from the sale of a Business Set by one of your downline sponsors, you will receive what you re eligible for minus what was already distributed before you. Generations: The Fast Start Bonus Generations are the passes the FSB is distributed up the Sponsor Tree. From the sale of a Business Set, the FSB is distributed up the Sponsor Tree up to Level 6 for the first pass (Generation 1). To reward the upline sponsors that missed out on FSB distributions on Generation 1, this process is repeated for a second pass (Generation 2) up to Level 4. Only Emeralds and above are eligible for FSB in Generation 2. 8

13 EXAMPLE: Whenever a Business Set (minimum of 500 PV) is sold, a Fast Start Bonus is distributed through the upline of the Sponsor Tree. To read this example, start at the bottom and follow the distribution of the FSB up the Sponsor Tree. Generation 1 Generation 2 UPLINE & RANK LEVEL PAYOUT EXPLANATION LEVEL PAYOUT EXPLANATION 1-Star White Diamond 4 $20 This 1-Star White Diamond was skipped for a FSB distribution on Generation 1, because Level 6 was paid out on Generation 1. This 1-Star White Diamond is eligible for $45. Deducting the $15 and $10 that was paid out to the downline, it receives the remainder, $20. White Diamond 6 $10 The next eligible sponsor is this White Diamond. White Diamonds are eligible for $180. Deducting the $50, $105 and $15 that was already distributed to the downline, it receives the remainder, $10. This White Diamond already received a FSB distribution on Generation 1, so is not eligible to receive another FSB distribution for Generation 2. Blue Diamond 5 $15 This Blue Diamond is eligible for $170. Deducting the $50 and $105 that was distributed to the downline, it receives the remainder, $15. This Blue Diamond already received a FSB distribution on Generation 1. Diamond $0 FSB distribution because the next rank eligible for FSB Level 5 are Blue Diamonds or above. 2 $10 This Diamond did not receive a FSB on Generation 1, but is eligible for $25 on Generation 2. Deducting the $15 that was distributed to the downline for Generation 2, it receives $10 FSB. 2K Promoter $0 FSB distribution because the next rank eligible for FSB Level 5 are Blue Diamonds or above. 2K Promoter ranks do not receive FSB distribution on Generation 2. Emerald $0 FSB distribution because Emeralds are only eligible up to FSB Level 3, which has already been paid out. The next rank eligible for this FSB Level 5 Blue Diamonds and above. 1 $15 Since this Emerald did not receive a FSB distribution on Generation 1 and no other sponsor was eligible for FSB distribution in the downline for Generation 2, it receives Generation 2, Level 1 FSB of$15. Diamond 4 $105 In this example, the next eligible upline sponsor happens to be a Diamond which is eligible for FSB Level 4 payout. Diamonds are eligible for $155. Deduct the $50 that was already paid to the downline and they will receive $105. This Diamond already received a FSB distribution on Generation 1. Promoter The FSB distribution continues up the Personally Sponsored Tree looking for the next Level eligible for FSB distribution. The next sponsor is this Promoter. Promoter ranks are only eligible for FSB distribution on Level 1. Since each FSB level only pays out once per order, and the Promoter in the downline already received the FSB for Level 1, this Promoter is not eligible for FSB Level 1 for Generation 1. Promoter ranks do not receive FSB distribution on Generation 2. Promoter (YOU) 1 $50 You personally sponsored an IR that purchased a 500 PV Promoter Set. At the rank of Promoter, you are eligible for $50 in FSB distribution. This is Level 1 payout. This Promoter already received a FSB distribution on Generation 1. FSB are only distributed one time per Level, per Generation. YOU sold a 500 PV Promoter Set 10
14 5 TEAM COMMISSIONS (TC) Placement Tree Based on Team Commissions Volume (TCV) Pays on the 4th week of each Cycle INTRO: Team Commissions allow you to earn from the commissionable online product purchases made by the SCs and IRs in your organization. TC not only rewards you for your own efforts, but also the efforts of your team. WHO: All maintained Independent Representatives HOW: Earn 5% of TCV in your unilevel Placement Tree. Team Commissions pay up to 8 levels, totaling up to 4 of the TCV. The higher your maintained Rank, the more levels you are eligible for. Team Commissions are only distributed one time per Paid Level. To maximize your earning potential, all IRs that are not Maintained are compressed and do not count as a Paid Level. SCs are compressed and do not count as a Paid Level. 22 GLOSSARY OF TERMS 4-Week Cycle: Company-wide schedule used to determine Rank as well as requirements for Personal Customer Bonus (PCB) and Luxury Car Bonus (LCB). 7 Rule: YOR Health requires a minimum of 7 of the inventory of the Independent Representative (IR) and their personally enrolled customers orders to be sold before purchase of additional product. Additional product may not be purchased until at least 7 of the previous order has been sold or used by at least 7 of all prior orders. Achieved Rank: The highest Rank you ever achieved. Achieved Rank can be used for recognition; it does not determine how your commissions are paid out for each cycle (see Paid As Rank for more details). Autoship: The option for Select Customers (SCs) and Independent Representatives (IRs) to place orders in advance to be automatically billed and shipped on a reoccurring schedule. SCs on Autoship are able to take advantage of the discounted wholesale pricing. Customer Product Volume (CPV): Product Volume generated from the product sales to your personally sponsored Select Customers, their personally sponsored Select Customers, and so on. Downline: Any SC or IR whose placement is underneath you in either the Placement Tree or Personally Sponsored Tree; your organization. Generation: A generation includes IRs in each of your Personally Sponsored Legs, and a new generation begins after an active IR with a Paid As Rank (PAR) of Diamond or above is found, regardless of depth. Group Product Volume (GPV): The sum of the Product Volume from the product sales of SCs and IRs in one s Placement Tree or Personally Sponsored Tree. Independent Representative (IR): Those who have enrolled in the YOR Health Opportunity and are entitled to purchase YOR Health products at wholesale prices to resell to Retail Customers, enroll new SCs and other IRs, and take part in all company IR compensation programs. Maintained / Maintenance: You must accumulate at least 100 RPV or 200 CPV* from products sales every 28 days in order to earn commissions. If at any time, you are not maintained, all volume will reset and new GPV will not be accumulated until maintenance has been fulfilled. Reset will be permanent after Friday at 11:59 pm (Pacific) of any week you are not maintained. Note: A new IR is automatically maintained for the first 28 days from the date of enrollment. Maintained Rank: The Rank that determines what commissions and bonuses you are eligible for in the current 4-Week Cycle, based on the qualification requirements you have met in the same current 4-Week Cycle. Since your Maintained Rank can change from week to week, your Maintained Rank will be locked in at the time commissions for the fourth week of a Cycle is calculated. *Maintain 200 RPV or 400 CPV every 28 days to eligible for higher ranks and maximize earning potential. Paid As Rank (PAR): The Rank that determines what Fast Start Bonus level you will be eligible for, based on the qualification requirements you have met for that Pay Period. Since your PAR can change from week to week (depending on the qualifications you have met for the Pay Period), you will be rewarded with the higher PAR achieved in the current Pay Period or the previous Cycle. 19
23 Pay Period: Saturday at 12:00 am (Pacific) to the next Friday at 11:59 pm (Pacific). Placement Tree: The genealogy of all your Personally Sponsored People, their Personally Sponsored People, and so on. The Placement Tree allows you to choose the placement of your PSP anywhere in your Placement Tree for strategic team-building to maximize Team Commissions and rank advancements for you and your team. The Placement Tree can have unlimited depth and width. Product Volume (PV): A company-assigned value for each product for commission purposes. Reset: The process in which all volume (beginning and new) are reset to zero. Reset occurs when you are not maintained, but is not permanent until the end of the week on Friday at 11:59 PM (Pacific). Residual Income: Commissions earned from the continuous product sales from your personal customers and your downline customers month after month, for as long as you remain active and maintained. Retail Product Volume (RPV): The Product Volume from an IR s product orders that is used for retail sale. RPV can only be assigned to your highest placed Profit Center in your Placement Tree to be considered for Maintenance. Select Customer (SC): A customer that enrolls with an account and is able to purchase YOR Health products. Sponsor: The person that introduced you to YOR Health. Sponsor Tree: The genealogy of all your Personally Sponsored People, their Personally Sponsored People, and so on, on a unilevel platform. Everyone you personally sponsor is automatically placed on Level 1 (frontline). The Sponsor Tree can have unlimited depth and width. Team Commissions Volume (TCV): Group Product Volume generated under the Placement Tree used to calculate and payout the Team Commissions bonus. Upline: Any SC or IR whose position in the Placement or Personally Sponsored Tree is above you. Week: One pay cycle that starts on Saturday 12:00 AM (Pacific) and ends on Friday, 11:59 PM (Pacific). 20
