1. ADDITION & ALTERATION TO THE MAIN WAREHOUSE 1.1 ELECTRICAL WORKS 1.1.1 The Contractor shall provide into the AFT1 building with 2 x 1000Amp power supply to be terminated with a main isolator. The power shall be derived from the existing electrical switch board with the provision to supply and install 6 new feeding powers with specific location as per specified the attached layout. The breakdown is listed below: Six New Feeding Power:- Point 1 (Belt/Tray): Point 2 (Belt/Tray): Point 3 (ULD): Point 4 (S-Tilter 1): Point 5 (S-Tilter 2): Point 6 (EBS): 306KVA 183KVA 75KVA 8KVA 8KVA 45KVA 1.1.2 The Contractor shall study and arrange the relocation the existing affected cablings including electrical, CCTV and other services with the other in-house contractors to terminate and relocate the cabling works. All the works should be co-ordinated carefully to minimize affecting current operation and tenants in the building. Any shut down of power supply should inform user 3 days before the actual work to be carried out. The Contractor shall engaged the Building LEW (Mr Aqil Abdullah Cheng ) for any shutdown services required at the MV Switchboards. 1.2 FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM The Contractor shall propose the following to complete the Fire protections system so as to comply with latest Fire Safety Code requirement and submit to SCDF for approval. 1.2.1 The Smoke Shelter in the warehouse shall be make of non-combustible material and able to withstand a temperature of 600 degree Celsius for half an hour. The proposal shall also include the supply and construct suitable cladding, the main structure frame work to hold the smoke shelter with structural PE calculation for safety load and installed at the interfacing between AFT1 and AFT2 on the airside. 1.2.2 Proposed a suitable sizable Fire Command Centre (FCC) room within the office area, the system shall link back to the Main fire boards located at AFT2 ( a building adjacent to AFT1) and to comply with latest fire safety code requirement and submit to SCDF for approval. The proposal should come with a suitable PA system. PART 1-1

1.2.3 To supply and install 2 sets of (2 hour fire rated) roller shutters which shall meet and come with certificate of compliance and PSB fire rated label. 1.2.4 To seal up 2 of the openings at adjacent of AFT 1 facing TNT building with minimum 215mm thick of brick works completed with plastering and painting. 1.2.5 To provide a suitable natural smoke ventilation system at the open space on the air side either at the external wall or at the jack roof area to enable effective smoke venting in the case of fire. This shall include submission of PE calculation. 1.3 PROVISION OF RECESSED PIT FOR WEIGHTING SCALE Creating recessed pit with 3.6m by 3m by 200mm depth on existing warehouse floor to Structural PE s design and details including any excavation to the levels as indicated. This is to cater for installing 1 weighing scale in the warehouse. Contractor to liaise with direct SAS Supplier as below on specifications for the pit to accommodate the weighing scale. A perspective view to be submitted for approval before commenced work. 1.5 REPAIRING OF WAREHOUSE ROLLER SHUTTER The contractor shall provide labours, tools and equipments to repair existing damaged/faulty roller shutter system at AFT1. PART 1-2

1.6 HVLV FANS The contractor should source for suitable type of HVLV fans and propose the correct type and nos. of such fans to be supply and install in the warehouse of AFT1. The installation should include all PE calculation, electrical works and other accessories. The installation should come with 36 months free maintenance of the fans quarterly to ensure it functionality to comply with manufacturer requirement and safety to operate. 2. DESIGN & BUILD FOR OPERATION OFFICE 2.1 SPACE PLANNING OF THE OFFICE 2.1.1 General guide The contractor has to come out with the design for the interior design and layout for the office, produce perspective of the proposal and submit for approval. The proposed operation room shall be open concept with a segregation of Mail Admin Office and Mail Operation Control Office. The office area should also incorporated other rooms as specified in the contract. Contractor s proposal shall include all the provisions for M&E works, building works and Fire protection system. 2.1.2 Main Entrance To design a reception counter with backdrop (incorporated with corporate signage) and construct it. The backdrop should be facing the main door. The reception counter should come with access from left and right of the counter, complete with a single leaf door and card access system to enhance security. To supply and install 1 LED signage (E-Commerce), after ID designer derived the design concept of the signage. 2.1.3 Mail Operation Control Office, behind the counter To propose suitable work stations with back support chairs for the following 7 staffs working in the control room, namely: CC Controller 1 person PART 1-3

3 CARD ACCESS To propose (preferably using existing Staff card/ airport pass), card access system and supply and install at all the access points in the office. (b) The card access shall come with a warranty of 1 year after commission 4 AIR CONDITIONING REQUIREMENT The contractor to propose model, brand, capacity, type of refrigerant (must be ozone friendly) of air cooled cassette units for cooling the entire office and individual rooms created with The work shall include supply and install of the proposed air cooled system c/w all necessary fan coil units, condensing units air filters, piping, thermostat, insulation, drain pipe and accessories. Testing and commission must complete before handover to client. (The temperature should range from 18 to 30 deg C). All electrical works related to the air con system is deemed to include in the cost. PART 1-5
