Our Services Aiken Group Maintenance Department have the capability to Inspect, Survey and Maintain all offshore Heavy, Medium and Light Duty Doors, and Windows on an annual basis across all areas on the installation. B15 - Internal A60 - Internal & External H120 - Blast J30 - Jet Fire Additional to the Annual Maintenance Programs Aiken Group can carry out integrity testing to Temporary Refuge (TR) Areas to ascertain TR Leakage as well as Infra Red Camera Heat leakage Survey.

Aiken Groups trained personnel can offer individual surveys for damaged doors or full, annual surveillance of all platform doors depending on client needs. Any areas of concern are highlighted and reported upon. A repair solution and quotation for works will also be prepared and supplied.

The Aiken Group Maintenance Portal is a fully integrated system of key interfaces between Aiken Group and the client to provide an up to date, detailed overview of the current maintenance situation of all doors and windows on the platform.
The purpose of the Aiken Group Maintenance Portal is to efficiently plan and track door maintenance remotely or onsite. Technicians are able to, in real-time, report work they have carried out, download technical specifications, view work packs as well as raise material requests, whilst the system automatically updates the master database. The database containing the collected data can then be analysed statistically, providing clients with an accurate overview. This system can be used for any type of maintenance programme and is not just limited to doors.
Aiken Group will supply spares and serviceable parts for Heavy, Medium and Light duty Doors and Windows upon request. We also have an engineering department with the capability to source and supply parts from aged and non-manufacturer specified doors and windows. We also stock a number of manufacturer seals, latches, HD handles and door closers Average Spares Lead Time for stock items = 10 working days
Aiken Groups Door and Window Survey Teams are also fully trained in integrity testing for TR structures as well as the doors and windows. This involves leak testing and infrared heat detection.
