2FA in RHBInvest SG The National Authentication Framework is an IDA driven initiative which aims to offer a nationwide platform that will enable consumers to enjoy the convenience of using a single authentication device to access multiple online services that require strong authentication among other security related benefits. To further understand the two factor authentication (2FA), please click here (http://www.assurity.sg/naf.html) RHB Securities Singapore Pte. Ltd. ( RHB Sec ) is participating in this national initiative in order to improve the security our client s stock-broking transactions. The following is a 2FA guide on what to expect during this period when you are transitioning to 2FA services while trading on RHBInvest. Note that in the registration process, you will be directed out of RHBInvest s website to the Assurity Website. Assurity is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore ("IDA") was set up to operate the National Authentication Framework (NAF) and national 2FA services.
About OneKey OneKey is the product name of the 2FA security device from Assurity. To find out more about OneKey, please visit the OneKey website at www.onekey.sg 2FA Process Below is the illustration on the process of how to obtain and use your Onekey 2FA Token.
2FA Process in RHBInvest SG (A) LOGIN WITH YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD Enter Login ID and Password. Upon clicking on the Login button, it will launch the 2FA login selection page. Enter Login ID & Password. Click on Login.
(B) 2FA LOGIN SELECTION PAGE After successfully logging in using your RHBInvest SG User ID and Password, you will be re-directed to the 2FA Login Selection Page. At this page, you will have the following options: Register: Link: Continue: Registration with 2FA Service Provider to obtain the 2FA device. Linking of 2FA device with RHBInvest SG trading account Accessing RHBInvest SG trading platform without 2FA Click to register for your 2FA device Click to link your 2FA device. Click to access the RHBInvest trading platform. Click to view the 2FA User Guide.
(C) 2FA REGISTRATION For clients who do not own the 2FA device, kindly register to obtain the 2FA device from Assurity. Online registration is only applicable for Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (PR). 1. After clicking on Register, the Terms and Conditions for 2FA will pop-up; you need to agree the T&C to continue the registration.
2. After agree the T&C, you will be brought to the 2FA Registration Page. 3. Enter your NRIC Type, NRIC/FIN number and click on Go. 4. Upon submission, it will redirect you to the page below. This is the starting point to obtain your 2FA token from Assurity. You will need to accept the terms and conditions from Assurity in order to proceed and obtain your 2FA token. 5. Select the check boxes accordingly and click on Next. Select the Check box accordingly. Click on Next.
6. Enter your NRIC number & your NRIC s Date of Issue. Then click on Next. 7. Enter your Personal details. Then click on Next.
8. Select the check box to confirm the registration details. Click on Submit button for submission. 9. Upon successful registration, you will see the Registration Summary. Please print the page for your reference and take note of the Registration ID. Assurity will follow up by sending you the 2FA token and password in your mail separately. You will then receive instructions from Assurity on how to Authenticate your 2FA token before going onto the 2FA Device Linking Process.
(D) 2FA DEVICE ACTIVATION 1. Go to Onekey website: http://www.onekey.sg, Click on Login. Click here to login. 2. It will direct you to Assurity s login page, select Activate on the left menu, Click on Activate.
3. Enter your login details, NRIC & Password, click on Submit. 4. There will be a online survey pop-up, fill in the survey and click on submit.
5. Verify and filled in more user details as required.
6. Create an user account with Onekey. 7. Confirm your user details.
8. Onekey Activation.
9. Acknowledgement. Now you may go back to RHBInvest to link your 2FA device with RHBInvest.
(E) 2FA DEVICE LINKING 1. Click on Link to launch the 2FA Linkage Page. 2. The Terms and Conditions for 2FA Linkage will pop-up; you need to agree the T&C to continue the Linkage.
3. Enter your 2FA User Name, NRIC Type, NRIC/FIN, Device ID and 2FA Key. Subsequently, click on the Go button to submit the request. To obtain the device ID (Onekey Serial No). To obtain the 2FA Key: press the OTP button on your 2FA Token
4. Upon successful linkage, the following Successful message will appear. Click on the Close button to close the window and proceed. 5. Upon redirection to the 2FA Login Selection Page, click on Logout 6. At RHBInvest SG Home page, enter your RHBInvest SG Login ID & Following that, enter your Login ID & Password and click on login.
7. Upon successful login, kindly enter the 2FA One-Time-Password (OTP) for the 2FA key and click on the Go button. (Press the OTP button on your 2FA device) 8. You have successfully logged into RHBInvest SG with 2FA.
