Business Challenge The online fashion industry is growing more than ever, developing new features in order to keep their customers happy. Studies show that global ecommerce sales in this field are constantly increasing, creating a thorough competition between fashion ecommerce players. Owning a growing business in such a competitive market, Glittio decided it is time to take it to the next level. Glittio.ro was running its business on a custom based solution that was difficult to maintain and new features were not easy to implement, which limited its actions and did not align to its marketing strategy. The uprising number of customers and requests as well as Glittio's wish to offer high quality services to its customers required a new commerce solution that would optimize the online shopping process while offering a great customer experience by creating an online environment where people can enjoy shopping.
