Support Phase 1: Understand As your partner, it is essential that we gain an understanding of the market you operate in as well as of the challenges you are facing. Customer specific reports and layout are implemented into the hosting environment and production is started up at Trackunit. Product training is carried out within the customer s organization. Before, during and after the implementation phase, Trackunit offers support to ensure a successful start-up. Phase 4: Support We believe that continuous communication is of vital importance also after the implementation phase. Telematics made simple A brief introduction to Trackunit Telematics A compact GSM/GPS unit installed in the machine retrieves operating data and transmits the data via the GSM network to a hosted server environment. Information from the server is displayed online via the Internet and apps for smartphones. Users are provided with a visual overview of the fleet on a map as well as numerous functions including report data that can be imported into ERP systems using an AEMP protocol. Manager 14
