Our company uses the 55 years experience of Sicme and the 40 years experience of Italia Impianti, forming a production center and a technopole unique for experience and size. ROUND WIRE ACCUMULATOR The accumulator ease up the changeover of pay-off reels without stopping the enamelling process by butt-welding of bare copper wires. Its consists of frame, onto which there are three drums: two side drums around which the wire is wound and one central onto which there is a sheave, allowing wire winding around the two side drums. Accumulator rotation of the central drum is manually given by a suitable handle. During pay-off, wire tension controlled by a brake. Wire comes out o drums through a double pair of deviating rollers and felt wiper. ROLLING MILL Our In-Line Rolling Mill is born on purpose of Sicme-ItaliaImpianti to make easier and flexible customer s working process. This machine allows to produce directly from the round wire the flat wire sections required, without passing trough the preliminary processing of setting the product in the metallurgical division for rolling mill process and drawn. In fact, thanks to the compact dimension, the rolling mill could be positioned in line with the enamelling plant, allowing not only quick passage to the production of the flat wire from the round wire and viceversa, but also to eliminate the stocking of semi-finished products.
WIRE CLEANING The system is contrived to really improve the system used to clean the round and flat wire, maintaining high efficiency during the time. The traditional systems loose their efficiency after few days and they need the continuous and impossible intervention of the operators. Our wire cleaning tank in Stainless Steel, equipped with armoured heating elements to heat and keep the temperature constant at 50 /60 C, have a internal cylinder that thanks to its innovative rotary oscillatory motion clean the wire with an efficiency never reach before. The system is fully governed by electronics controls.
ATEX ENAMEL TANKS Our tanks are built to comply with the norms in force on the containers of flammable liquid placed in the production departments. Normally the capacity of these tanks ranges from 45 to 90 liters. other dimensions are built according to different needs
REEL STUFF LIFT CRANE
BASKET PAY-OFF Basket type payoff used for vertical axis unwinding. The wire is simply wound from the top of the basket. Suitable tension obtained by means of pressure felts. Double pay-off for automatic change may also be foreseen. WISKER PAY-OFF Whisker type pay-off used with the spool arranged with vertical axis. The system ensures the constant unwinding of wire and provides adequate payoff tension. Double pay-off for automatic change may also be foreseen.
FLAT WIRE MEASUREMENT AND IN-LINE CONTINUTY TESTER This system not only allows the measurement of the layer of enamel applied but also the thickness of the flat wire. And at the same time the storage of these data that can be tabulated or plotted on the screen of the control board.
IN-LINE CONTINUITY TESTER This system is composed of a mechanical part, 3 steel pulleys over which passes the magnet wire before it reaches the coil, and an electronic system linked to the 3 pulleys over which passes the wire. The setting of the system depends on the diameter of the wire product and are adjusted according to it automatically. The maximum number of fouls per meter of magnet wire are easily sets on the control panel operator, if the number is exceeded an alarm alerts the operator. All data are stored and may be plotted in order to control and check the maximum and minimum number of fouls per spool.
IN-LINE LASER SYSTEM The In-Line Laser System, typically used on machines with felts applicator, is able to check the enamel thickness on the wire and maintain it on the pre defined range. In fact the laser read, without contact, the diameter of the enamelled wire and give the information to control system, that in case of necessity act on a pump that regulates the flow of enamel to on the pump that regulates the flow of enamel to the applicator system.
