Features Great looking emails We have a number of options available when it comes to design. Whichever option you choose you can be sure your email will look great and will work in all major email clients. We test all of our templates in Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, Gmail, MacMail, Thunderbird, Outlook 2003 and 2007 on various operating systems. We also provide an additional mobile friendly template option letting smart phone users enjoy your emails in the same way as desktop users do. Easy-To-Use Visual Editor We provide one of the easiest WYSIWYG visual editors around. You can add, edit and move content inside your template. You also get the option of adding multiple types of content, such as a 2 column layout or a 3 column layout with images, providing you with all the tools you need to control how your email will look. Intelligent Sending Options and Reliable Delivery When it s time to send your email we provide you all the options you need to control who receives it and when. Before sending your campaign it s good practice to test your email. You can send as many test emails as you like, for free. You can create as many subscriber lists as you like and segment these lists to target sub-groups of subscribers. You can choose to schedule a campaign to be delivered on a particular date and time or send immediately. Our Industry leading mail servers are whitelisted by major ISP s, so your emails won t get flagged as spam. Your content needs to be relevant and top quality. If your email does contain spammy content you can run it through our spam filters before sending. Our smart bounce processing automatically detects different types of bounces and reacts accordingly and email addresses that no longer work are removed from your lists immediately. Personalisation Add personalised content to your emails such as the recipients first and last names. Forward to a Friend Provide users with the option of forwarding the email onto a friend. Preference Center Subscribers can update their details and preferences which automatically gets saved to your subscriber lists meaning less administration for you. Unsubscribes Subscribers can easily remove themselves from your mailing lists if they no longer wish to receive emails. Web Version If your subscribers are having trouble viewing your email correctly, we provide a link at the top of all of our templates to another version of your email that they can view in their web browser. Templates In order to maintain consistency with your brand, we recommend a bespoke design for your email newsletter that you can use time and time again. It provides the flexibility to add and remove content as well as adding images, titles, descriptions, text and hyperlinks. We offer two types of template, Custom Templates, as well as Pre-made Templates which are based on the most popular newsletter layouts. Custom Template We re able to design a unique email template to fit your exact requirements. From single product offering to newsletters, let us know how you want your email to look and we ll create it. Cost: 1120.00 + VAT per template Some common layout examples of custom template designs. Pre-made Template We ve chosen some of our most popular templates and passed this cost saving onto you. You will have the ability to colour these in your own brand and add your company logo along with some images to personalise these templates. Cost: 640.00 + VAT per template Our pre-made template options. Fulfilment Prices We provide two fulfilment packages which provide access to our email marketing software with your templates already added. Pay As You Go This is more suited to those sending one off campaigns. You pay directly online when sending your campaign at the following rates: Cost: 8.00 Campaign Fee + 0.04 per Email Fee For example, if you are sending to 1000 recipients, the fees will total 48.00 (an 8.00 campaign fee and 40.00, email fee totalling 48.00). Pay Monthly The monthly plan is designed for those who send frequently or have larger lists. Note that you can swap between the Pay Monthly plan and the Pay As You Go plan if you would like your account to be maintained but not to the pay monthly account during the dormant period. The monthly price is determined by the number of active subscribers (across all of your lists) at the time the charge is due. For example, if you have 5 lists with 8,000 active subscribers within each list, you are charged based on the total of 40,000 subscribers. (8,000 subscribers x 5 lists = 40,000 active subscribers). You can send as many campaigns as you like as long as the total recipients for all those campaigns doesn t exceed the limit. If you have a 50,000 active subscribers or less (across all your lists), there is no limit to the number of campaigns or emails that can be sent. For the levels above 50,000 active subscribers, you can send a total number of emails equal to 6 times the subscriber limit for that level. If you send a campaign that would take them past the included emails limit for that billing period, you would be prompted to jump up a level, and pay the difference between the two tiers. Additional Options We provide the following additional options to improve your subscribers experience. Subscription Forms On Your Website Make it easy for visitors to your website to sign up to your mailing list by adding a subscription form. We can add a form to your website that will automatically add new subscriptions to your mailing lists. This usually includes, first name, last name and email address. Cost: 80.00 + VAT per form Mobile Friendly Template We can tailor your emails to look great on mobile devices allowing your subscribers using smart phones to enjoy your emails in the same way as desktop users do. We will test your campaign on the most common mobile email clients on Android and iphone devices. Cost: 320.00 + VAT per template Social Sharing We can share a link to email campaigns across a clients social networks increasing the reach and impact of this bit of marketing. We will set up your account, add your payment information into the system, create the subscriber lists and insert your data. We also take care of inserting your content into your newsletter template, send out draft versions for sign off and execute the final campaign. Once the campaign has been completed, we gather the relevant statistics and provide you with a report on the opens, click-throughs, unsubscribes and bounces. We provide regular consultancy on additional features and best practices, for example, follow up campaigns using segmentation and auto-repsonders for up-selling and product or service awareness.
