Ramam Atmakuri, MSc, PMP E-mail: ramam.atmakuri@cognizant.com Ramam Atmakuri is a vice president at Cognizant, a global provider of information technology, consulting and business process services. He is a strategic and innovative thinker with deep insight and vast experience in building and managing businesses, long-term client relationships, and highly motivated, multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. Mr. Atmakuri has 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and IT industries. His global experience comes from managing large product and technology development centers in India for multinationals for more than a decade. He has successfully managed the integration of people, products, processes and technologies as part of three mergers. A PMI member since 2001, Mr. Atmakuri was the founding member, secretary and past president of the PMI Pearl City, Hyderabad Chapter. He served for four years as region mentor for West Asia region, building strong collaboration between chapters across countries in the region and starting many new initiatives to grow the profession and the community. He currently serves on the Chapter Member Advisory Group. Mr. Atmakuri was honored with PMI s Eric Jenett Project Management Excellence Award in 2012. He was recognized for his contribution as a region mentor in PMI India s National Conference. He has also been the recipient of the CEO award for employee engagement and the outreach visionary award in the organization he has served to date. Mr. Atmakuri has been a regular speaker on leadership and project management related topics at several PMI events and conferences, industry events and within the organizations he has served. Mr. Atmakuri is a post-graduate in applied statistics, holds a graduate diploma in operational research, and a PMP credential holder since 2005. Mr. Atmakuri is deeply driven by the passion to make a difference to the communities around him and is actively associated with Cognizant s grassroots social program.

Margareth Fabiola dos Santos Carneiro, MBA, MSc, PMP E-mail: margareth.carneiro@gmail.com Margareth Carneiro is a proficient program and project professional with more than 25 years of experience. She holds a computer science degree, an MBA in project management and a masters degree in knowledge management. She is preparing her PhD thesis for the administration doctorate (Argentina). She is also a graduate of the PMI Leadership Institute Master Class. Her experience is heavily in the IT sector; however, in the last five years, she has worked as a consultant and trainer to government agencies and departments to align public policies with portfolio, program and project practices in order to improve effectiveness. Her 13 years of experience as project and program manager at Unisys gave her the chance of working on several projects with global partners, promoting her ability to understand and deal with multiple cultures and diverse teams. As founder and owner of PMA - Professional Management, she has worked mostly with the government sector. Ms. Carneiro was sponsor, founder and first president of PMI Brasil, Distrito Federal Chapter. She served on the PMI Government SIG for several years, acting as chair for three years. She participated on a PMI code of ethics committee) for two years and on the PMI Standard MAG for four years. She took part in the PMI Community Transformation Project and served on the PMBOK Guide Portuguese translation and teams working on the Government Extension, Program and Portfolio standards. Ms. Carneiro received the PMI Distinguished Contribution Award and was named one of the 25 influential women in project management worldwide. She is co-author of three books and author with other 26 collaborators of the book Public Administration - The Role of Strategic Planning, Portfolio, Program and Project Management and PMO in the Modernization and Effectiveness of Public Sector.

Steven V. DelGrosso, MSc, PMP E-mail: sdelgrosso@nc.rr.com Steven DelGrosso holds an executive position at IBM in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, USA, with global program management responsibilities. He performs program delivery risk assessments and complex project management reviews on domestic and international client engagements, and is currently the director of the IBM Enterprise Project Management Center of Excellence. He also teaches project management courses to graduate level students at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, USA and Skema Business School in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. Mr. DelGrosso has held multiple project, program, and technical management positions in IBM s global services and product development organizations. He has managed large organizations and programs in product development, manufacturing engineering, system engineering design and architecture, and new technology market development. He is currently the chair of the PMI Board of Directors Strategy Development Oversight Committee (SDOC) and has been an active PMI member and PMP credential holder since 1993. He is a past director of the PMI Government SIG, vice chair of the PMI Global Corporate Council and Project Management Journal editorial review board member. In addition to PMI activity, he serves on the East Carolina University Computer Science Advisory Board, and is a member of the University of Miami Industrial Engineering Advisory Board. Mr. DelGrosso has delivered several keynote addresses at PMI events in Buenos Aires, Nashville, and Northeast Wisconsin, as well as representing PMI at the 2011 Gartner PPM Summit. He is a published author and subject matter expert cited in several project management textbooks and articles in major trade journals. Mr. DelGrosso holds a master of science in the management of technology and a bachelor of science in industrial engineering, both degrees from the University of Miami. He volunteers as a coach for youth soccer.

Todd Hutchison, MCom, MBA, PMP E-mail: todd@peoplerich.com Todd Hutchison is passionate about people, projects and building communities. He is a qualifed company director who leads a global company called People Rich, and is a board director of both the Australasian College of Leadership and Coaching, and Institute of Mind and Behavioural Sciences. Mr. Hutchison joined the PMI in 2001. He was a chapter president and chaired the Australian Chapter Presidents team. He has had executive directorships with People Rich, Deloitte, Curtin University, and a Pilot Officer of the Western Australia Squadron Air Training Corps. He has board experience across private, semi-public and not-forprofit organizations. His professional memberships include fellowships with the Australian Institute of Management, and Leadership Western Australia, as well as the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Rotary International and the National Speakers Association of Australia. Mr. Hutchison's performance has been formally recognized by organizations like PMI, National Speakers Association of Australia, Western Australia Police, Curtin University, and the Air Training Corps. He is a Certified Speaking Professional, which is the highest internationally recognised level by the speakers profession. His experience includes speaking in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Indonesia, Singapore, Bali and Kuala Lumpur. Mr. Hutchison is an international bestselling author, and has published books on project management and human behavior. He has articles published in magazines like Company Director. He has a MBA and MCommerce, with qualifications across project management, company directorship, training, coaching and engineering. Supporting PMI since 2001, he was a founding PMI Western Australian Chapter member, president, vice president and professional development director, as well as an ongoing mentoring of board members, delivering chapter training programs and speaking at chapter events. Victoria S. Kumar, MS, PMP E-mail: Victoria.Kumar@gmail.com Victoria Kumar serves as Project Management Office (PMO) Program Manager / Senior Project Manager for the state of North Carolina Office of the State Controller (NC OSC). She is responsible for implementing project / portfolio management methodologies and developing governance processes to manage the organization s portfolio. She represents NC OSC in statewide IT project approval processes as statewide project approver, participating with the state s Enterprise PMO in the state's IT governance process. Ms. Kumar s professional career includes project development management with IBM Canada Laboratory and PMO program management, establishing a PMO and implementing IT governance processes through the PMO, both in the private and public sectors. Ms. Kumar is past president of the PMI North Carolina Chapter. She served the chapter in various board member positions in 2003-2007. She also served as member of the PMI Leadership Institute Advisory Group in 2010 and 2011. Ms. Kumar has travelled worldwide, presenting in seminars and conferences. Her recent engagements include seminars on Program and Project Managers as Creative and Innovative Leaders and Delivering Successful Projects Every Time. Ms. Kumar published ten conference papers as part of PMI global congress proceedings. Her latest paper is on Project Managers as Creative and Innovative Leaders. Ms. Kumar holds master s degrees in pure mathematics and in computer science from University of Waterloo (Canada), where she has also earned PhD credits in management science. She has a master's certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University. Pablo Lledó, MSc, MBA, PMP E-mail: pl@pablolledo.com As an entrepreneur, Pablo Lledó is the founder and president of five companies in the fields of consulting, retail, finance, books and vineyards. One of them is the biggest sports mall in Argentina, conducting negotiations with more than 80 international brands. Mr. Lledó has helped guide business development projects in multinational companies around the world, coordinated training programs for executives, initiated companies, sold new products, helped enterprises in the implementation of its projects and in the reengineering process of its operations to reach more efficiency. Mr. Lledó has served on the boards of directors of the PMI Buenos Aires, Argentina Chapter and as the first president of PMI Nuevo Cuyo, Argentina Chapter; both of those chapters received the PMI Chapter of the Year award during his volunteer service. Moreover, he has been a member of the Engagement Committee for the PMI Educational Foundation. Mr. Lledó received the PMI Distinguished Contribution Award in 2012 and other awards as an international speaker. Mr. Lledó has given training and consulting to more than 12,000 executives in 20 countries. He has spoken at six PMI global congresses and many PMI chapter events. Mr. Lledó has published eight project management books, and more than 25,000 copies have been sold. He has written articles and been interviewed by international media (radio, magazines, blogs), including PM Network, PMI Today, and PMI Credential Passport. Mr. Lledó holds a MSc degree in project analysis, finance and investment, University of York, England; MBA in project management, Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, Spain; MBA in International Business, Universitat de Lleida, Spain; and a bachelor degree in economics, UNCuyo, Argentina. He completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and the PMI Leadership Institute Master Class. Wagner Maxsen Jose de Oliveira, PMI-RMP, PMP E-mail: wmaxsen@yahoo.com Wagner Maxsen is an international project management practice advisor for UNOPS, an operational arm of the United Nations that provides sustainable project management, infrastructure and procurement services that help implement US$1 billion worth of aid in peace-building, humanitarian and development projects. Key responsibilities include strengthening the knowledge, skills and career development of portfolio, program and project management practitioners in 20 worldwide offices, and providing corporate strategy advice and guidance. With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Maxsen has implemented PMOs, delivering projects and training to organizations in countries in Asia, Africa, North America and Latin America, across the public and private sectors, within industries including energy, telecommunications, finance, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, automotive, insurance, heavy construction and IT. A passionate PMI volunteer, he has been a member of the nominating committee (chair in 2011), project manager of the translation verification committee for the PMBOK Guide 4th and 5th editions in Portuguese, and vice president of communications and vice president of special projects for the PMI Minas Gerais, Brazil Chapter. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Institute Master Class. Mr. Maxsen is a senior instructor for ESI and several MBA institutions, and an invited speaker at seminars including PMI global congresses, Brazilian congresses and chapter meetings. He is currently writing a book on project portfolio management and another one on risk management. Al Zeitoun, PhD, EVP, PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP E-mail: zeitoun_al@bah.com Al Zeitoun has global experiences in portfolio, program, and project management. He is the Middle East North Africa Director for Portfolio Solutions at Booz Allen Hamilton. As the regional leader for portfolio management, he strategically envisions and provides advice necessary for customizing PMO playbooks and mapping relevant capability development. His impact includes playing a major role in Booz Allen's ability to win high visibility contracts by articulating a convincing program management approach in proposals and client relations. Previously, as a chief project officer for International Institute for Learning, Inc. (IIL), he was responsible for thought leadership and executing project management methodology. He was a key contributor to growing the IIL global business size by 12 fold and screened qualified IIL instructors to create a strong image for IIL within C-suites. He continues to teach at University of Maryland and had previous experience in IT, manufacturing, construction and engineering. Dr. Zeitoun has been Booz Allen's representative on PMI's Global Executive Council. He was appointed by the PMI Board as a director-at-large for 2007. He chaired the board nominating committee and volunteer appointment committee. He was past board member of the Accreditation Center, founder and past chair of PMI IDSIG, founder of the PMI Wichita, Kansas and MENA Chapters, as well as the chair of the Central Indiana Chapter. Dr. Zeitoun is a keynote speaker with presentations such as the 2010 PMI congress in Brazil and at PMI Benelux Day in 2007. He contributes to PMI global standards. Dr. Zeitoun holds a PhD, MSc and BSc in civil engineering. In addition, he has a diploma in project management from University of Bremen. He enjoys spending time with family, travelling, tennis, reading, and contributing to various transformation efforts.
