Except the candidates who have passed the HSC Examination (science stream) in March-2014 from Gujarat Board in single attempt, for all other candidates, the window as shown in Fig. 3.4a will appear. These candidates have to select Passing Month and Year manually (e.g. 03 and 2013) (See Fig. 3.3) and need to enter their marks manually at appropriate boxes (See Fig. 3.4.a). All the candidates who enter the marks manually, after online confirmation of registration, have to get verified the registration at any Help Centre. They have to submit attempt certificate issued from the respective schools at the Help Centre with other relevant documents. 7. Candidates who apply for admission in degree/diploma Pharmacy Courses must have appeared Gujcet-2014 or JEE (Main) 2014 exam. Such candidates have to enter their Name and Seat number/ Roll number as printed on the entrance exam mark sheet (refer fig 3.5). After that candidates can fill the other details in the respective fields. Note: If a candidate chooses No in Are you interested in Degree/Diploma Pharmacy admission box, such candidate will be registered for B.Sc. Course only. 8. The candidate has to fill up personal details in the required format as displayed in Candidate Registration Form. Candidate s User ID will appear as LOGIN ID. [It is mandatory to use the Candidate s User ID as LOGIN ID]. After that, the candidate has to enter a password by entering with at least 6 (six) and maximum 12 (twelve) alphanumeric characters. Re-enter the same password at the space marked as Confirm Password. For future transaction the candidate has to use the same Login ID and password only. So candidate has to remember the password for subsequent login. Caution: Please do not share your password and PIN given with the booklet, with anyone. 8. Verify the entries made and if every detail found correct then choose I accept option at the bottom of the form, if the declaration is acceptable. If the candidate selects I accept option, he will be allowed to click the SUBMIT button. In case any mandatory information not filled then registration will not be completed. The candidate can click the Print Your Details button for printing Registration Details page, refer Fig. 3.7 11. By doing so, their registration will be confirmed. These candidates need not go to help center for confirmation of registration. On line Registration Slip will be generated as shown in Fig. 3.8 For other than Open category candidates, as mentioned above, after printing Registration Details, it is mandatory to report at Help Center for confirmation of registration. Otherwise his registration process will not be completed and his merit number (rank) will not be generated. 12. 13. For the confirmation of registration at Help Center, the candidate of other than Open category have to take printout of the Registration Details (two copies). Self-attested copies of all relevant documents (as per the list mentioned at the bottom of the Registration Details) should be attached with the Registration Details.
