The clinic is staffed by a Board Certified Counselor and Child Psychiatrist. Coming Soon: Muslim Social Services (mca-a2.org/mss/) will be working to establish a Muslim Foster Care Service for Muslim children in Ann Arbor. Volunteers Needed. Muslim Social Services (http://mca-a2.org/mss/) are continued to support the Muslim Orphan Children from this family, donation is needed for ongoing services. MCA is facilitating passing lightly used clothes and shoes collected at the Box outside the Masjid to needy surrounding community. Currently they are picked up by Muslim Family Services (http://muslimfamilyservices.org) Needed services to local Muslim and Non-Muslim needy families; collecting items from various bakery stores and distributing, serving food at Shelter downtown. Currently Panera Bread on Plymouth delivers bread every Monday to Masjid but we lack services to distribute these items to needy list (Zakat qualified families) Needed recurrent Muslim Community Services (monthly, quarterly, yearly) to the Ann Arbor Community (cleaning, highway service, etc.) Connecting MCA to Ann Arbor Authorities and establishing needed services like various training programs to MCA Organized manner of welcoming Ann Arbor newcomers (students and families) and offering some basic support. You may contact the Sisters Committee representatives by emailing mcaasisters@googlegroups.com Strategic Planning Committee is working on a strategic future plan to be presented to the community soon TriState Foundation is the financial arm of MCA aiming to secure enough fund for MCA investment for its financial stability The community is growing and it needs some instructions or guidelines how a Waqf fund will be managed so that community members feel comfortable in designating their givings to Waqf fund for the MCA to manage.
