Aim To provide course participants with the skills, knowledge to provide one-to-one training to a variety of individuals with different abilities, needs and goals in a variety of environments Objectives 1. To introduce course participants to the function of the Personal Trainer and the business of Personal Training. 2. To provide course participants with an understanding of the theoretical, business and personal skills necessary to operate as a Personal Trainer. Objectives 3. To develop participants skills in client fitness assessment and postural analysis for clients with a variety of abilities, needs and goals. 4. To build on the programming and communication skills of the CEHF instructor in order to design and implement creative, safe and effective programmes for personal training clients with a variety of abilities, needs and goals in a variety of situations. 3
