Selection is made by faculty council to 105 students who they consider as exemplary examples of COT students and students who meet the school s mission. Richard & Norma Sarns Scholarship Awarded to a College of Technology students who have a cumulative 3.0 GPA or above. Must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours for the semester the award is granted; priority will be given to high school graduates and then to currently enrolled EMU students. COT Deans Resource Board Scholarship Students must have a declared major in the College of Technology.
