Student must have a grade point average no less than 3.5 or better; financial need shall not factor in awarding the scholarship. Thurber Award in Higher Education Graduate Student - This award is provided to a full-time graduate student(s) who is fully admitted to a master's degree program in Student Personnel Services or Educational Administration (High Education). The student(s) must show outstanding promise for a career in higher education administration based on demonstrated leadership in campus and community activities, evidence of unselfish service to others, and recommendations and/or nominations from higher education and community leaders.
