Award winning project delivery methodology PDM, ESBI s award winning project delivery methodology for major capital projects, provides a structured approach to managing the risks associated with high value, complex projects and delivers clear business benefits in terms of costs, safety, scheduling, compliance and long-term performance. A particular benefit of PDM is its emphasis on ensuring that the long-term business benefits of the asset are realised for the client. Best practice approach PDM combines ESBI s vast project delivery experience with international best practice. It is continuously enhanced through a lessons learned process and supported by a comprehensive staff training programme. PDM is based upon three interrelated components: 1.
