demonstrations meeting point i-game This demonstration concerns a preliminary version of the European project igame merging scenario, executed with three vehicles, equipped with longitudinal and lateral automation systems. The vehicles are equipped with wireless communication, according to the ITS G5 standard, which is used in two ways. In the demonstration two vehicles in a platoon allow a third vehicle to merge in between, controlled by the automation systems. Cyclist safety demo (VRU-ITS) The newest development in Automated Emergency Braking Systems (AEB) is to identify pedestrians and cyclists. The newly build crossing near the Automotive Campus in Helmond has been selected as test location. TNO will give demonstrations that include both the innovative crossing, that warns drivers for conflicts with crossing bicyclists and in a similar way, warns cyclists for approaching cars. Automated Driving: Ecotwin In cooperation with DAF Trucks TNO will demonstrate truck platooning on the N270. The trucks are virtually connected: the first driver is driving, the other (second) driver has no driving task anymore: no steering, no throttle control and no braking by the second driver. This has never been shown before with trucks. Tour Innovative Traffic Control Centre Registration needed The possibilities of the Innovation Desks and the Innovation Lab are demonstrated. A unique opportunity, as the centre is not usually open to visitors. ETSI Plugtest On-Street technical demonstration During this On-Street Technical Demonstration, Commsignia (Hungary), ITRI (Taiwan) and Vialis (Netherlands) will demonstrate the seemless interoperability between the different vendor systems by demonstrating Road Works Warning, Traffic Jam Ahead Warning and Emergence Vehicle Warning use cases. ITS OVERVIEW NL now also available in English! The ITS overview NL offers insight and clarity into projects, services and facilities in the field of Intelligent Transport Systems in the Netherlands; Business Intelligence for the whole field. The ITS overview offers insight into both projects and the services or facilities that derive from them. The dashboard gives you insight quickly into the status of the current ITS field, such as the progress on the transition routes or the knowledge areas and knowledge/experience being gained in the Netherlands. You can also use the dashboard to filter the list of projects, services and facilities. The aim of this overview and transparency is to enable more focused discussion and focus attention on what really matters for the transition.

focus on six transition routes creating conditions stimulating and monitoring projects sharing knowledge mobilising cooperation
