THE FINEST Burgundy WINES of

White Wine Producers Domaine Philippe Colin: DOMAINE PHILIPPE COLIN celebrated its first vintage in 2004. Philippe has been producing here since the Domaine Colin-Déléger was divided between himself and his brother Bruno when their parents retired in that year. Having worked together at the family property, Philippe and Bruno opted to create their own, respective domaines. Currently, Philippe uses 11.5 hectares (28 acres) around the village of Chassagne-Montrachet and each year bottles 28 different wines, largely white, under the Philippe Colin label. His wines benefit from the qualities of the terroirs on his vineyard and the maturation process in barrels, where before bottling they usually spend 10-12 months, sometimes up to 18, in order to retain their freshness and fruity characteristics. CHASSAGNE MONTRACHET Wines include Saint Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly, Bourgogne Chardonnay, Chassagne Montrachet, Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Chevenottes, Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Maltroie, Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Vergers, Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Chaumees and Chevalier Montrachet. Domaine de la Tour: DOMAINE DE LA TOUR is at Lignorelles, near Chablis, Burgundy s coolest growing district and north of its principal wine-producing regions. The domaine s 13 hectares (32 acres) comprise various plots located in the communes of Chablis, Courgis and Chitry. Founded in 1820, the domaine took its current name in 1992. It is continuously improving its vinification equipment but always ensuring a balance between science and practical know-how. The vines and native soils are at the heart of the domaine s philosophy, continually seeking fuller expression of terroir while remaining attentive to the needs of the vine and respectful of the environment. Each year, Domaine de la Tour produces 5,500 cases (66,000 bottles) under five appellations. Wines include Bourgogne Aligote, Bourgogne Chitry Blanc Chardonnay, Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru Monts-Mains, Chablis 1er Cru Cote de Jouan and Chablis 1er Cru Cote de Cuissy. CHABLIS 1ER CRU COTE DE JOUAN 2 - White wine producers

White Wine Producers Domaine Dampt: EACH DAMPT family member has a complementary role in the domaine s wine production. Eric s specialty is mechanisation and management of processing. Emmanuel handles the wine press during the vintage period, the wine-making and maturation, bottling and marketing. Youngest brother Hervé and Jacky Poussière manage manual handling on the vineyard. In order to maintain the Yonne Vineyards tradition, each portion of land receives special care during the year, enabling them to express their qualities and unveil their traditional identities. Since 2004, in a permanent effort to enhance the quality of the wines, the family has added the latest equipment to automate collection of the harvest, such as the pneumatic wine press. Today, there are about 60 acres of vineyard in Tonnerre and Chablis and they sell annually about 42,000 cases (500,000 bottles) to customers worldwide. Wines include Bourgogne Tonnerre - Chevalier d Eon, Bourgogne Tonnerre - Le Clos du Chateau, Petit Chablis Elegance, Petit Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Chablis Tradition, Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Chablis Lisa Blanche, Chablis Brechain, Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy, Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin, Chablis 1er Cru Les Fourneaux, Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume, Chablis Grand Cru Bougros and Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses. CHABLIS 1ER CRU LES FOURNEAUX Domaine Michelot: DOMAINE MICHELOT has been in the family for six generations. The domaine gained widespread recognition in the 1960s under the direction of the charismatic Bernard Michelot and this spirit continues to flourish in the hands of today s generation as Domaine Michelot produces some of the finest wines from the Meursault vineyards. Domaine Michelot has grown to consist of more than 19 hectares (47 acres), including several prestigious premier cru wines. The terroirs of the Meursault estate possess individual characteristics and distinct personalities that yield a diverse range of wines, while the domaine s practices encourage a balanced natural environment, producing healthier grapes and more complex wines. Wines include Bourgogne Blanc, Meursault Grands Charrons, Meursault Limozin, Meursault Narvaux, Meursault 1er Cru Charmes, Meursault 1er Cru Genevrieres and Meursault 1er Cru Perrieres. MEURSAULT GRANDS CHARRONS White wine producers - 3

White Wine Producers Domaine Arnoux Père & Fils: DOMAINE ARNOUX PÈRE ET FILS has been set in the village of Chorey-lès-Beaune, in Côte de Beaune, for four generations. It covers more than 20 hectares (50 acres), embracing the villages of Chorey lès Beaune, Aloxe Corton (village and 1er Cru), Beaune (1er Cru En Genêt and Les Cent Vignes ), Ladoix-Serrigny (Corton Rognet Grand Cru), Savigny (village and 1er Cru), Pernand-Vergelesses and Echevronne (Hautes Côtes de Beaune). Annual production has reached more than 120,000 bottles or 10,000 cases. The domaine works its vineyards by hand and, now more than ever, bases its practices on the latest, bio-friendly viticultural methods, using natural alternatives to chemical pesticides, herbicides and fungicides. Soil maintenance is an absolute priority in order to gain full benefit of the vineyard s different terroirs. Thanks to these methods, sound grapes are brought to their best levels of maturity. Wines include Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune Les Perrieres and Chorey les Beaune Les Confrelins. CHOREY LES BEAUNE LES CONFRELINS Domaine Lucien Muzard: THE MUZARD FAMILY can trace its local roots in Santenay back nine generations to 1695. Claude and Herve started working at the estate in 1992 and three years later took over the family domaine from their father Lucien. His first harvest had produced three barrels from 12 hectares (30 acres). It took Lucien six years to pull up old vines, clear the land and replant five more hectares of vines. Ten hectares (25 acres) of Domaine Lucien Muzard s estate are rated Premier Cru. Only the soils under the rows are worked on the vineyard, which is now run on certified biodynamic principles. Natural plant brews stimulate the vines defences and the grapes are hand-harvested. Vinification methods began to evolve with the 1997 vintage when the domaine won the Young Talents trophy. The red wines are not filtered while the white wines pass through a white ground. MEURSAULT LES MEIX CHAVAUX Wines include Bourgogne Aligote, Santenay Les Champs Claude, Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot, Meursault Vieilles Vignes, Meursault Les Meix Chavaux and Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru. 4 - White wine producers

At the same time, Anne-Françoise acquired a domaine in Flagey Echezeaux with then-husband Jean Gros and, in 1995, they purchased a vineyard at Savigny les Beaune. In the following year, Jean and Jeanine Gros retired and divided the Domaine Jean Gros between their three children, including Anne-Françoise. Fascinated by the Pommard terroir, Anne-Françoise bought in 2004 a parcel of Pommard 1er Cru Les Chanlins, next to the famous Pommard Rugiens. The domaine now consists of 21 hectares (52 acres), including Cote de Beaune and Cote de Nuits and 14 appellations from Premier Cru to Grand Cru. Little by little, Alain Burguet acquired pieces of land to create a domaine now 7 hectares (17 acres) in area, which represents 45,000 bottles (3,750 cases) a year. Alain was never agreed with using herbicides and his two sons, Jean- Luc and Eric who took over the domaine in 2011 have followed that example and now operate using certified biodynamic principles. The story of One B Wine First of all, it s a family business... MY GRANDFATHER, Maurice Ninot, was born in Pommard and worked throughout his life in the wine business, from wine transport to financing wine producers. In the 1960s, he decided to create his own company, called Societe Bourguignogne d Embouteillage. This company had three main activities: Analysis of the wines of Burgundy producers; bottling producers wines; and selling those wines across Europe, the USA and Japan. One of the key factors in his success was that he knew the best producers in his regions and had a loyal and growing client network, such as Alexis Lichine and Robert Mondavi. Thanks to this and his own hard work, he successfully spread the word far and wide about the innate quality and excellence of Burgundy wines and was able to promote them to an ever-increasing clientele. When my grandfather chose to retire, my parents took over and maintained the same philosophy long-term relationships with clients and wine producers and the promotion of wines of remarkable quality. Time to go back to my roots... I GREW UP in this wine environment, learning how to taste wine with my grandfather from the age of four! With my family background, the extensive experience in wine passed on to me and my desire to share my knowledge of the wonderful wines of Burgundy, I created One B Wine. Burgundy is a complex region and it s not only the history, the terroirs and the appellations but the region s many devoted wine producers who make the real difference and create such excellent wines. My objective for One B Wine, first and foremost, is to select the very best wine producers and share with you what I have found to be the very best white and red wines from this fascinating region. Burgundy wines...... partners in my life BURGUNDY WINES captivate people because they offer freshness, taste and texture. When I open a bottle of Burgundy, I am enjoying a unique creation and sharing with all those small producers the expertise and passion they have brought to their produce, trying to understand what they sought to reveal from their diverse terroirs. It s also sharing a moment of deep happiness. My selections of Burgundy wines for One B Wine reflect the authenticity and elegance of their workmanship. Both One B Wine and I personally can guarantee your pleasure when you drink one of our carefully chosen wines. You will experience a true Coup de Coeur. Enjoy your One B Wine Burgundy and, as we would say in my family, Bonne degustation et large soif! 21 Anderson Road, Royal Oaks Residence #09-04, Singapore 259984 T +65 6633 3428 M +65 9180 3933 F +65 6633 3416 E natacha.voland@onebwine.com www.onebwine.com
