Accessories Flexible Connector CP108 CP108 Flexible Connector is made from a lightweight fiberglass fabric coated with silicone on both sides. CP 108 is used for fan inlet connections in mechanical ventilation and air conditioning in building applications. Other applications include removable insulation covers, flange shield and smoke curtains. Operating temperature up to 408 o C. Nipokote Bitumen Emulsion Adhesive Nipokote is a non-fibrated, stable, water-borne bitumen emulsion. It is a non-flammable, non-odour and taint-free bonding agent between insulation materials and air conditioning ducts. Reaction to fire: Rated as Class O material and tested to BS476 Part 6: 1988 and Part 7: 1997 under the requirement of FSSB. Insulation Pins Insulation pins of alloy materials used for hot and cold insulation works. Pins come with perforated square base and matching washers and are convenient to use and fast bonding when used with self-adhesive sticker on base plate or with insulation pin adhesive. Glass Fibre Black Tissue Glass Fibre Black Tissue is used for thermal insulation panels, providing both vapour barrier and thermo-acoustical performance. It is also an excellent facing for insulation of air condition ductwork where a good black appearance is required. Fibre Glass Fabric Fibre Glass Fabric is a lightweight continuous filament fabric commonly used for laminating or encapsulating insulation wool in the HVAC, industrial and marine industries. It is economical, lightweight and flexible which enables the fabric to be wrapped around uneven surfaces. The fabric acts as a finishing material that prevents insulation fibres from exposure to the environment. Duct / Hose Clamp Duct / Hose clamps are designed for fastening hose and ducting connections in a wide range of applications including air conditioning, industrial, marine and hydraulic hoses. 12 13
