Plotts Energy Plotts Oil was started by Robert and Philip Plotts in 1949 as Plotts Brothers in Linfield, PA. Originally it was a plumbing business and then expanded into HVAC and heating oil in the 1950 s. The company moved their operation to the present location in the late 50 s. The bulk plant facility in Spring City, PA was built in the early 1960 s. In 1996 Robert acquired Philip s shares and became sole owner. Today Plotts Energy offers heating oils, HVAC services, plumbing services, gas and A/C service and installation, chimney relining, and solar hot water systems.
