What We Offer Instructor-Led Training Our instructors deliver TYCO RETAIL SOLUTIONS training programs using a combination of expertly designed lectures, software and hardware demonstrations and hands-on workshops for a collaborative learning experience. Classes are taught in TYCO RETAIL SOLUTIONS facilities and training centers across the globe. Many courses also have self-paced training prerequisites that must be completed prior to attending the classroom programs. Webinar Training Facilitator-led training is brought directly to your desktop through a virtual environment where you can interact with subject-matter experts and your peers. You will have the opportunity to participate in surveys, quizzes, see live demonstrations and ask questions, all in real time. Web-based/Online Training For many of our products, we have developed web-based learning programs and videos that are delivered through our Learning Management System. These programs provide demonstrations and simulations of our software and hardware products, together with the latest sales and technical information available. Training Levels In order to assist our employees and business partners, we have assigned our courses into three levels: Level One - these courses are designed for participants who are new to Tyco Retail Solutions and provides fundamental overviews of our company, our technologies and solutions. These courses are web-based so they can be taken at anytime to provide self-paced learning. Level Two - courses are designed for sales and technical associates as well as our business partners who represent or support our products and solutions. These programs are primarily also web-based to provide self-paced learning and can be taken as needed. Level Three - courses contain advanced product and solution training and are designed to be certification courses for our sales, technical associates and business partners.
