We created the Assured Stock Program (ASP ) inventory management system. You wanted to get more out of your pulverizer components. We created comprehensive pulverizer and gear box rebuild and scrap buy-back programs. You wanted longer life from your pulverizer wear parts. We developed Cera-VAM ceramic materials. Various specialized programs have been developed to provide customized solutions for a wide range of applications. B&W PGG stocks a wide range of boiler tubes in various sizes and materials that are ready for immediate shipment. Tube bending services are also available. 10

Assured Stock Program B&W PGG s Assured Stock Program inventory management system is a proven strategy that enhances our customer s inventory management function. By focusing on planning material requirements, the program reduces the overall cost and lead time of obtaining parts and components while significantly improving part availability. Combined with our field service engineering capabilities, we can provide a complete, comprehensive solution to any power plant need. Pulverizer component rebuild programs B&W PGG offers comprehensive pulverizer wear tire and gear box rebuild programs to maintain high availability and maximum service life from your B&W Roll Wheel pulverizer wheel and gear box assemblies. The rebuild process includes complete disassembly, inspection, cleaning, reconditioning, reassembly and testing. The rebuilt component is then warranted to B&W PGG s exact original equipment standards. Recycling parts B&W PGG provides a resource recovery program as an alternative to scrapping used pulverizer wear parts. Our foundry operation allows us the diversity and capacity to reuse a variety of acceptable materials while supplying high quality cast products. By utilizing this program, our customers can reduce operating costs, while enabling us to maintain competitive prices on new pulverizer components. Tube stocking and bending services B&W PGG maintains an extensive inventory of boiler tubes in a wide range of materials, grades and sizes. A 30,000 square-foot indoor storage facility is equipped with a state-ofthe-art handling system to facilitate efficient order processing and ontime delivery. The modern facility also includes tube bending capabilities for exact radius bends specified by the customer.
