System requirements Works on Mac or PC Has been tested with Internet Explorer v.6 and v.7, FireFox v.2, and Safari Requires the installation of the Xstandard WYSIWYG (what-yousee-is-what-you-get) Editing Tool A broadband quality internet connection is required

ImageMinder Allows for the easy uploading of images Images are automatically resized for web use Up to five different sizes are generated Can accept GIF, JPEG, BMP, and PNG formats Can take at least 1 minute per MB to upload Users should try to ensure that source images are 2MB or less

SiteMinder The SiteMinder module defines the structure of the website Navigation text, headings, and body text for all site sections can be added and edited using this module Other modules (i.e. news module) can be linked to site sections using the SiteMinder module
SiteMinder main screen Link to admin home Link to SiteMinder main screen Click to add new section Primary, secondary, tertiary etc refers to the site navigation hierarchy as defined by the site design Use the arrows to change the sort order for sections Click the edit icon to edit that section A green arrow indicates that this section has subsections, click the arrow to view the subsections Click the section title to edit that section Inactive sections are removed from the site navigation and cannot be accessed The Nav Menu option allows for sections to be removed from the site navigation but they still can be accessed useful for internal testing The Default option only applies to top level sections with subsections, if set to false it means that the first sub-section will show (i.e.content within the top-level section does NOT show) Click the delete icon to delete that section, sections with sub-sections cannot be deleted, be careful there is no undo
Standard/Custom Module Modules are used to administer groups of similar data Used when it would be impractical to enter the data into the SiteMinder database Classic example is the news module, enter the new item once but then it can be displayed on many different pages Standard modules are common to many clients Custom modules are developed specifically for a particular client Admin pages for these modules have a similar look and feel
