StockHolding Document Management Services Limited invites sealed tenders in two bid system i.e. Technical and Commercial from established and experienced dealers / manufacturers, for supply of Barcode Stickers-EDMS. 1. The dealers / manufacturers are to strictly confirm to the specifications as set out and placed at the Annexure. The Tender documents shall be submitted in two cover system i.e. Technical & Commercial. The Technical cover shall be opened, by the designated committee of StockHolding DMS. Commercial bids shall be opened only in respect of technically qualified bidders who shall be notified after evaluation and scrutinisation of technical bids. Tenderers must furnish per unit cost i.e. cost per Barcode Sticker-EDMS including delivery rates.
First sealed covered should contain Technical bid, and shall be superscripted as Technical Bid for Supply of Barcode Stickers - EDMS. Second sealed cover should contain the Commercials and shall be superscripted as Commercial Bid for Supply of Barcode Stickers - EDMS The quotes shall bear all the relevant details such as contact number, email address registration details etc., of the supplier and shall also be accompanied with a copy of PAN Card and the address proof. TERMS & CONDITIONS: i. Rates shall be quoted on per unit basis, however, all taxes and levies applicable at the time of tendering shall be indicated separately and there shall be no over-writing. ii. Sales Tax Registration/ Service Tax number should be given. iii. Excise duty registration & circle number to be given. iv. PAN card copy should accompany the quotes. v. **Delivery at Location - Transportation, Transit Insurance, Road Permit charges to be indicated and included. Delivery at site shall be the responsibility of the tenderer and the rates quoted for the same shall be all inclusive. vi. Delivery Period should be within 07 days from date of receipt of Purchase Order. However in special circumstances and at the sole discretion of StockHolding Document Management Services Limited (formerly known as SHCIL Projects Limited), the delivery period may be extended. Penalty of 01% per week subject to a maximum of 5% of the PO value shall be charged for any delay. vii. Validity of the quote should be 24 months from the date of submission of tenders. viii. Full payment shall be made only 30 days after delivery against submission of Invoice and acceptance by StockHolding Document Management Services Limited. ix. The quantity may remain intact or shall increase at the discretion of Stock Holding Document Management Services Limited; however, the price per unit as quoted in the tender shall remain constant and shall not be subjected to any change for a period of two years. x. Products shall be guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of at least twelve months from the date of inspection and handing over.
