1 About this Document This document takes you through the installation and configuration of XperiDo for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. XperiDo is a solution to automate the creation of documents with CRM data. XperiDo for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Quick Installation and Configuration Guide 2

2 Before You Start Make sure you are connected to the internet and check whether these components are installed on your local machine: - Internet Explorer 8 or above - Microsoft Word 2007, 2010, 2013 - Microsoft Windows XP, 7 or 8 Also make sure you have access to an instance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online with administrator privileges. XperiDo for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Quick Installation and Configuration Guide 3

3 Installation 3.1 Step 1: Download the Solution Download the solution from the download section of XperiDo website. The file you are looking for is a ZIP-archive called: XperiDo_3_0_managed.zip Save this file on your local computer. 3.2 Step 2: Import in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Now you can add this solution to the list of managed solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online: - Log on to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online as administrator - In the Settings Pane, select Customizations > Solutions - In the list view, choose Import, to import the XperiDo Managed Solution Note: If you don t see the import option, you are probably not signed in as administrator, or the activated interface language does not correspond to the standard language of your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online subscription. You can adjust language settings through the main Options menu. XperiDo for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Quick Installation and Configuration Guide 4

In the import dialog, browse to the location where you saved the XperiDo-3_0_managed.zip archive and upload it to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. The import ends with a Status Report. Depending on your language settings, this report will probably include a warning. That s because the XperiDo Managed Solution most probably contains label translations in languages that have not been enabled in CRM for your organization. It doesn t matter. Finish with Close. XperiDo will show up in the list of installed solutions. XperiDo for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Quick Installation and Configuration Guide 5

You ll notice a new item in the bottom left navigation called XperiDo. XperiDo for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Quick Installation and Configuration Guide 6
