Release 2.1 offers many new features, most notably the ability the track your orders, change the font size on grids, and quickly add items to a custom list. For detailed information, procedures, and videos, refer to the Help in Sysco Market. Roll over help is also available. Tracking your Order You can now view the date and time your order will be delivered so you can prepare for the delivery. To track your order: 1. From the Navigation pane, click Where s My Truck. An order tracking window (Figure 1) displays a list of all orders. The top section displays Sysco deliveries; the second section displays drop ship orders list. Delivery times shown are estimates and are subject to change. Where s My Truck Figure 1 Order tracking window 2. Click an Order # to view the order detail. 3. Click a Delivery Tracking Number to link to the UPS website and view the UPS tracking information for drop ship orders. Quickly Adding Items to a List If you know the UPC codes, you can add items quickly to your custom list using the Quick List feature. This feature is only available for lists that you own. To quickly add items to a list: 1. Open your custom list (Figure 2). Sysco Corporation 30114801-01
Quick List Figure 2 Custom List 2. Click Quick List. The Add Items by Sysco UPC window (Figure 3) displays. Figure 3 Add Items by Sysco UPC window 3. In the Sysco UPC field, type the UPC number. Note: You can also copy an item number and then paste the item number in the Sysco UPC text box using the Ctrl+V key combination. 4. Press Enter or Tab. Sysco Market validates the UPC number and displays the item information in the grid. If the UPC number fails validation, an error message displays in the Messages column. 5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all items have been added. 6. Click Done. The Add Items by Sysco UPC window closes and Sysco Market adds only the validated items to the custom list. Changing Grid Font Size You can now set the font to a larger size for the grids in lists and in an order. To set the font size: 1. Click User Preferences. Viewing Running Totals A running total order amount, number of products, and total cases displays in the Order Summary box (Figure 5). Viewing Item Purchase History Price Sysco Market now displays a Price column on the Item Purchase History window (Figure 7). If you click Print, the Price column prints. For information on how to access this window, see the Viewing Item Purchase History help topic. Price column Figure 7 Item Purchase History window Auto Update Quantities: Switching between Lists Sysco Market automatically updates your order with quantities you enter in a list when you change your search criteria which takes you to a different list. A confirmation pop up no longer displays. 1. Create an order from a list. 2. Enter a quantity for one or more items in the list. 3. In the Search field at the top of the screen, enter a product name that comes from a different list. The Order Summary box (Figure 5 on page 3) updates the running totals with the quantities you entered in the previous step if your search took you to a different list. Viewing Tip of the Day A Tip of the Day window (Figure 8) now displays when you log in to Sysco Market. To view more tips, click Next Tip. Currently there are 26 tips available for viewing. To close the window, click the X close button or click OK. To turn off this feature, click Please do not show this screen again and then click OK. Enhancements to the Search Results List The following two enhancements were made to the Search Results list. The Search Within Results button replaces the Advanced Search button. Button functionality remains the same. A Print button now displays on your search results list so you can print the list. Miscellaneous Enhancements and Fixes When using Quick Order entry, you can now copy an item number and then paste the item number in the Sysco UPC text box using the Ctrl+V key combination. Discontinued items or items not ordered within the past eight weeks, no longer display in the order guide. The application time out is now 120 minutes.
