1 SYNOPSIS Running Time: 17 min Languages: German, Turkish, English Two members of a human rights organisation are commissioned to write a report on the situation of illegal migrants and refugees in Turkey. For this purpose they check into the run-down Hotel Almanya where migrants from all parts of the world are being held by the police due to lack of space in actual prisons. Apart from the migrants they also have encounters with tourists and people who work at the hotel. As they go through tribulations and are led to question the effectiveness of their endeavour, the NGOs learn that their work might have great impact when least expected.
