Banner Clip Installation For fabric graphics or solid fabric panel installation onto EZ6 or EZ12 truss. Graphics may be on either side of a banner. The top seam will determine which side faces you. Rigid strips are sewn into the top and bottom ends of the banner. Fold the top of the banner over once, so the strip is surrounded by fabric. Banner Clip EZ-BNRCLP Slide the turned edge of the banner down into the hook end of the clip, about every two feet, then attach clips onto truss tube. Alternately, you can attach the clips to the truss first, with the hook end facing out, then firmly insert graphic into clip. Your exhibit drawing shows whether to attach the clips onto the top or bottom truss tube. Repeat with bottom edge, only upside down.
Small Flat Screen Mount Instructions for mounting and installation Works with all Trussworks systems. Fits 75-200mm width hole pattern Works with most plasmas & LCD s smaller than 40" Mount bracket to truss, using the horizontal or vertical bracket provided for your application. Swivel the frame so it s facing the direction desired for your screen, and tighten top bolt to secure. Attach crossbar and plastic spacer at choice of holes on frame, and tighten securely with wingnuts. Mount J-clips to your monitor in the top two mounting holes using the bolts supplied by your monitor manufacturer. Hang J-clips onto crossbar and tighten with provided thumbscrew to secure.

Adjust height of crossbar at choice of hole sets on frame, and tighten securely with wingnuts. Mount J-clips to your monitor in the top two mounting holes using the bolts supplied by your monitor manufacturer. Adjust crossbar extenders to the proper width for your monitor and tighten thumbscrews. Hang J-clips onto crossbar and tighten with provided thumbscrew to secure.
Workstation Setup Stand both side frames up as shown and insert front spacer as shown Attach rear frame to side frames with wingnuts Apply back panel to the inside of the rear frame. Place counter top on unit. Be sure to alaign location pins into lower frame. Apply front panel by putting a slight bend in the panel and applying to the front of the unit.
Oval Designer Counter Setup EZ6 Oval Designer Counter Assembly Instructions 1. Bolt 2 - A3s to the EZ6 Designer Feet using 2 carriage bolts with wingnuts for each. 2. Stand them up and install the R2s between them at top and bottom using a corner bracket on each end. 3. Attach the counter top using the supplied brackets and wingnuts. 4. Lay the lower shelf on the lower R2 truss. 5. Install the shelf brackets at the halfway point and put the second shelf on them. 6. Magnet the graphic to the front.
3' Free Standing Counter, EZ-FSTCT3 Stand the 2 side units apart as shown and extend the panel frames out as shown Swivel the cross braces into place and secure them as shown Insert the shelf Attach the rear panel to the back side of the counter (the side with the velcro strips top & bottom) Bend the flaps as shown and velcro them to the matching velcro strips on the counter unit, making sure to make the seams as invisible as possible, also make sure that the flaps do not interfere with the door edges The door has pins located top and bottom, the pin on top is longer than the bottom one, to install tilt the door and insert the top pin into the frame, then align the bottom pin and gently lower the door into position. Place the counter top in position it is held in place with velcro.
Rectangular Counter Setup Construction Detail EZ6 Designer Reception Counter 1. Bolt 2-A3 pieces to the EZ6 Designer Feet using two carriage bolts with wingnuts for each. 2. Stand them up and install the A2 between them, at the bottom, using a corner bracket on each end. 3. Attach the counter top using the supplied brackets and wingnuts. 4. Insert seambar between legs, at the front, 1/2 below the top of leg (just under the webbing.) Install the shelf bracket on the middle horizontal webbing, and place the shelf on. 5. Apply 28.5"H x 24.5"W flexible graphic, using magnet strip on the reverse perimeter.
Freestanding Counter Setup Instructions 1. Open section with top frame attached 2. Repeat with opposite side. by folding panel frame out from body frame 3. Fold bottom down and lock into opposing 4. Fold top out and lock in place. tabs. 5. Go to the side of the counter with velcro on the top and bottom edges. This is the side that will have the solid panel. Velcro the solid panel into place with the additional velcro showing on the sides.
6. Velcro the flaps to the solid panel vecro edges. Be careful to make the seams as invisible as possible. 7. Repeat procedure on the front, this time velcroing the panels to the frame. Be careful not to get any material beyongd the seam edge. It will interfere with the door. 8. Install the doors with the longer pin up. Locate the holes in the frame and insert the longer pin into hole in the underside of the top frame and then drop in into the hole in the bottom frame.
Repeat with locking door and then velcro on the top. If you are positioning the counter betwee 2 uprights whether as a backwall counter or in the open, we have included 2 small tubes with velcro, you may use these by inserting between the truss tubes and velcroing them to the counter side. This will prevent the counter from moving separate from the truss.
