Championship for cross country rally will tabe place accroling to the fallowing regulations: - the regulations of the FIA, - the regulations of international storting code (with appendix), - the regulations of RMPST and this Supplementary Regulations. REGULATIONS Desciptrion: 1. Whole distance: 127 km 2. Number of special section (SS): 8 3. Total distance of special section (SS): 86,80 km 4. Number of section: 2 5. Number of stage: 1 6. Not properly performer special section: TARYFA Car: 1. T1 for modified cars (Appendix J art. 285) 2. T2 for sens cars (Appendix J art. 284 ) 3. I term is started in time from opening list of applications i.e. 12.08 2008 and ends on 02.09.2008. The amount is then for application of rally car - RMPST 400 PLN for application of car in class - KJST 300 PLN 3
for application - Quad 150 PLN for application for classification of sponsors group - 100 PLN. 2. II term is started from 03.09.2008 ends on 08.09.2008 the amount is 150% of value of the amount from I term. Insurance: Each competitor and\or driver takes part in rally on own responsibility. Driver must own document shown OC insurance of the car owner (according to the road regulations of RP). Organizer doesn t take the responsibility for suffering losses during rally. Badanie Kontrolne BK 1: Lokalization: Okręgowa Stacja Kontroli Pojazdów, ul. Piastów 19, 66-530 Drezdenko, GPS N52 50 01,8 E15 50 41,2. Date: 12.09.2008 r. (friday). Opening time: 12.09.2008 r. (friday), 1:00 pm. Closing time: 12.09.2008 r. (friday), 4:00 pm. Documents: 1. FIA homologation (obtained from PZM for cars T1 I 2). 2. OC and NNW Insurances. 3. Registration book/certificate. 4. Car insurance. 5. Car sports Book. 6. Identification card. 7. Card of BK. Each of team should enter BK according to the schedule (schedule: information desk 12.09.2008 r.). In case of lateness on BK, you will pay a fine in the amount of 50% of registration amount. If there is any reasonable cause, it could be another schedule for BK after paying the amount of 25% of registration amount. 4
Badanie Kontrolne BK 2: Lokalization: Drezdenko - Park Harcerza, GPS N52 51 01,0 E15 50 06,3. BK 2 will be carried after arrival of crew (staff) on finish line of rally. Lack of equipments will be punished according to point 3.4.4. After coming at the finish line the car ought to be put immediately to park ferme. Lack in equipment or team during the rally will cause cause exclusion are: 1. Helmets of team. 2. Fire extinguisher. Procedure of ceremony of honorable start before start: At the day of honorable start there will be organized a pre-start park and, for all teams taking part in rally. System of start for special section (SS) will be as following: Start for SS is: 1. Asking for ready to start. 2. Word information in sequence for start - 1 minute, for start, - 30 second, for start, - 15 second, for start, - 10 second, 3. After confirmation to be ready by team for start, counting in sequence 1 second 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, START, with simultaneous showing on fingers. Time of start must proceed in full minute of broadcasting time. Several cars can be placed on special section (SS) at the same time. Park ferme: During the rally there will be hold service zones A B and C in Drezdenko at Park Harcerza. Cars will go into the service zones tree times. Road to and entrance to service zones. Approach according to road book and time schedule. Service cars can drive into the service zones not earlier than 30 min before arrive the firs car (according to schedule. It can be only 1 sercice car for 1 crew. NOTE: Familiarization with special section in other time is forbidden under threat of exclusion from rally. Tickets will given in order to familiarization with special sections. Each team can pass the section twice. Teams cannot follow against the direction. Familiarization with route will be controlled by organizer. On demand of representative of organizer and police steam must display proper documents and. Controls will be led before expected familiarization time and after it. Car (team) must stop on start and finish each of special section and show documents (road card) to obtain of visa. 6
Start numbers: Start numbers must be situated on each side of the car by. If in any time during the rally there will be no of it, team must pay fine according to the decision of ZSS. Lack of two start number can cause exclusion from rally by ZSS. Start numbers must be visible during all rally. Identification card: Identification card consists current informations of members of team their photos and signature. The card must be placed in a visible place during the rally. Lack of this card may cause a fain for a team according to the decision of ZSS or even exclusion from rally. Card of offense (fain card): Ccard of offense (fain card) which team member obtain from organizer during familiarization and during the rally must be hold during all event. Each team who will commit an offence during the rally will be punish in following way: I offence - 60 faint points. II ffense 120 fain points. III offence - exclusion (elimination) from rally. Protest Canlel protest: Pkt. 4.11. Supplementary Regulations RMPST 2008r. Deposit (bail) at cancellation: Each of appealiance to GKSS PZM must be preceded by the written form of declaration to ZSS in the time of 60 min before the decision has been given. Caution (bail) is established for native in the amount of 2500 PLN and should be paid straight into account of ZG PZM or at the organizers office immediately. Protests only classified teams will be taken into account. According to point 3.3 of RMPST on 2008 year immediately after finishing the rally team or an authorized person on behalf of the team can take back all the documents given to the rally office at starting of the rally. In the other term documents will be send back only after paying 200 PLN on organizer account. Classification: In CLASSES according to places as a sum of fain points from the lowest to the highest in given class. GENERAL according to places as a sum of fain points from the lowest to the highest. CLASSIFICATION OFSPONSORSHIP GROUP as a sum of points obtained in given classes from max. 2 teams of the group 7
Resultso: Fain points -sum of all fain points from sport tests (time netto+fine points as a result of false strat or falling over flags ) and round, start, finish lines, fain pints. In case of obtainment of result ex equo, OS result decide or the next one. Individual classification in classes. Rejection of sticking on fine 50% of registration amount. Final decisions: Organizer stipulates right for interpretation and changes and attachment of the present regulations and cancellation of the rally. Organizer does not take any responsibility for damages and losses relatively to team so and equipment, as losses causes by them relatively to persons during the championship. By signing application, team and service is obliged for observance of the regulation, and road traffic regulations.
