Risk Management Framework 40 Risk Management Support the implementation of the Risk Management framework Ongoing implementation of risk management framework Complete and up to date risk register Assist with development and delivery of risk management training Assist with identification of Institute risks and appropriate controls/treatment plans Coordinate maintenance of the risk register Business Continuity Support the development of a Business Continuity /Disaster Recovery plan Training package for staff Up to date Institute risk register. Business Continuity Plan developed Compliance register up to date Regular training provided Risk management embedded in institute processes Compliance Maintain the compliance register including liaison with responsible people Policy Framework 40 Support the implementation of the Institute policy framework and associated processes including liaison and communication with stakeholders Maintain the online policy library and ensure all policy documentation is up to date Coordinate the development and review of policy and procedures Research and prepare policy documents Governance 15 Secretariat for the Board Risk and Compliance; and Finance and Governance Committees Assist the Head, Corporate Governance to manage Institute governance requirements including Board activities and support for Special and Annual General Meetings Ongoing implementation of Policy Framework.
