Introduction Internet Banking offers you many ways to do banking such as account management, balance inquiry, fund transfer, bill payment and so on by any internet connectable devices. Verification Methods Internet Banking offers you two verification transaction methods with different amount limits: Method OTP SMS (*) Digital Signature Customer All Individual Corporate Amount Limit VND 50 million per day VND 500 million per day VND 5 billion per day Service Fee Free 1 year: 499,000 VND 2 year: 899,000 VND 3 year: 1,198,000 VND 1 year: 999,000 VND 2 year: 1,798,000 VND 3 year: 2,498,000 VND Device Fee Mobile phone VND 500.000 per Token VND 500.000 per Token (free token for company register 3 years packet) Transfer Fee According to IVB current fee table (*) OTP One time password General User Guide Login To login Internet Banking, enter the following address https://ebanking.indovinabank.com.vn or get into IVB s site at address http://www.indovinabank.com.vn then login INTERNET BANKING. After access successfully to Internet Banking you will see the box below: 1
Username is CIF no. issued uniquely for you (7 first digits of account no.) Password is the first time password granted by IVB when you successfully register Internet Banking service. This password will be sent to the registered email. Password is only used for first time login and must be changed for the next login.. To use Internet Banking in Vietnamese interface, choose Vietnamese at Language option. Change Password To change current password, do as follow: Choose Change Password on the left menu. Enter your old password into Old password input box. Enter your new password into New password input box and Confirm Password input box. Choose Change. Reissue password In case you forget your login password, IVB will reissue new password as follow: 1 Make a phone call to any IVB s branch/transaction office which you have registered this service there. 2 Providing identification information: name, date of birth, id no. 3 IVB will send password to your registered email address. Digital Signature Manual To use Digital Signature in Internet Banking, your computer have to fulfill requirements: Using Windows XP SP 3, Windows 7 or above. Bkav USB Token or USB Token by licensed digital signature providers. Installing Bkav Token Manager program or Token Management by token providers. Java version 7 and above. Best performance on Firefox or Chorme. Directly connecting Internet (don t support Proxy or Sock) Install BKAV Token Manager To set up BKAV Token Manager, you do as follow: 1 Plug in BKAV Token into your device, choose BkavCA Disc, choose BkavCA_Setup.exe or download BkavCA at http://bkavca.vn/chu-ky-so/download-phan-mem-chu-ky-so/29. 2 You follow set up process step by step. 3 After successfully setting up, running BkavCA Token Manager program and enter the default PIN 1. Set up Java To set up Java tool, you do as follow: 1 Get access to this link https://www.java.com/en/download/ 1 PIN no. have 8 numbers and should be changed when using at the first time. 2
2 Choose Free Java Download. 3 Follow set up process step by step, after completion, click Close. Digital Signature Activation To activate digital signature, enter the following address https://ebanking.indovinabank.com.vn or get into IVB s site at address http://www.indovinabank.com.vn, then login INTERNET BANKING. After access successfully to Internet Banking you will see the box below: 1 Access Online Transactions on left menu. 2 After choosing Authenticated by USB Token at right column, choose Continue. 3 Incase your web browser ask to allow running Java, you choose agree and remember. 4 Then the screen show information of inactivated digital signature, choose the right one and choose Activate. 5 If successfully, program requires you to enter PIN. You enter PIN and choose OK. So you have activated digital signature successfully and start using. Account Management This service helps you to manage Current account, Time Deposit and Loan. To view detail of current account transactions, you do as follow: 1 Choose Current account on left menu. 2 Click on the account you want to view at right column. 3 Specify the time span (maximum 12 months). 4 If you want to download Excel, click Download Excel File. 5 Choose View. 3
Fund Transfer With Internet Banking, you can make money transfer to others who have account or not at Indovina bank or other domestic banks. Choose Online Transactions to begin: 1 Choose drop-down menu at right screen (as the figure below): To verify by SMS OTP, choose Authenticated by SMS. To verify by Digital Signature, choose Authenticated by USB Token. 1 After click Next, choose Fund Transfer to make a transfer 2 Then choose transfer kind by combine the following option of BENEFICIARY BANK INFORMATION and BENEFICIARY ACCOUNT INFORMATION as below: Transfer to Indovina bank accounts: At Indovina Bank & Account At Bank Transfer to other domestic bank accounts: At Other Bank & Account At Bank Transfer to a person who wish to receive money at Indovina bank but do not have current account: At Indovina Bank & Do Not Have Account Transfer to a person who wish to receive money at other banks but do not open current account there: At Other Bank & Do Not Have Account 4
3 Then choose Next, program will load a form input screen as follow (illustration figure here is Transfer to an account at other domestic banks): 4 Click to open Show Application Information. 5 Choose the debit account Account No. 6 Complete the transfer form or if you have saved another form, you can choose Select Template at Template Id (red circle). NOTE: - Fields marked with red asterisk (*) have to be filled in. - All input information is Vietnamese without diacritic marks. - You can input account no. first that press Tab key and let the system automatically finish Beneficiary Name for you (in case transfer to an Indovina account). 7 After fill in all needed information, you choose who will be charges at Bank Charges To (this field will not appear in case of transferring to an Indovina bank account): Myself: you will pay fee (debit in your current account). Beneficiary: receiver will pay fee (debit right on transfer amount). 5
8 Choose Accept Terms and Conditions then Continue or Save Draft in case you want to transfer later or let another authenticate by Digital Signature. 9 After click Continue, the system will require you to verify with 2 follow options: OTP SMS: System automatically send you a SMS OTP which includes 6 letters and only available within 5 minutes. You input this SMS OTP to verify. Digital Signature: System will require you to plug in Token; you enter PIN number of the Token to verify. 10 After processing the transaction successfully, press Continue or Save to create a template from this form. View transaction results To view transaction results, do as the following: 1 Choose Online Transactions to begin. 2 Choose View transaction results on right side of the screen, then press Next. How to make an amendment Incase you input wrong information of the transaction and need to adjust them, do as following: 2 1 Choose Online Transactions to begin. 2 Choose View transaction results on right side of the screen, then press Next. 3 Choose REF NO. of the transaction need to be adjusted, for example: 14189.1029010.001 4 After the system load Detail of the transaction, please choose Transfer Amendment.. 5 System will respond as figure below. To amendment, please input the information into Transfer Amendment (circle in red). Example: want delete this transaction, type in Transfer Amendment filed: PLEASE DELETE THIS TRANSATION. NOTE: - Fields marked with red asterisk (*) can NOT be input or adjust. 2 Don t apply for IVB Internal transfer 6
- Information which typed in Transfer Amendment filed is Vietnamese without diacritic mark. 6 Choose Accept Terms and Conditions then Continue. 7 The system will require you to verify with 2 follow options: OTP SMS: System automatically send you a SMS OTP which includes 6 letters and only available within 5 minutes. You input this SMS OTP to verify. Digital Signature: System will require you to plug in Token; you enter PIN number of the Token to verify. NOTE: - In case you verify by SMS OTP, system will send you a password with information of the transaction. This transaction, however, is an amendment transaction not the fund transfer transaction, your account therefore will not be debited. 8 After successfully amending, you can view this amendment transaction in View Transaction Results. Process Save Draft / Wait for Authorization Transactions To process these transactions, you do as follow: 1 Choose Online Transactions to begin. 2 Choose proper authentication method, and then press Next. 3 Choose Pending Transactions. 4 Choose REF NO. of the transactions need to be processed. 7
Template Management To make adjustment for fund transfer transactions have been saved (as template), do as follow: 1 Choose Online Transactions to begin. 2 Choose proper authentication method, and then press Next. 3 Choose Pending Transactions. 4 System will show template transactions, choose Detail to make adjust or Delete to delete unnecessary transactions. Bill Payment Internet Banking provides payment channels periodically as follow: Post-paid mobile phone Viettel Mobifone Vinaphone X X X VNPT FPT EVN Internet ADSL X X X Fixed wireless phone Fixed phone Electric Bill All services Gia Dinh Water Services X X (PSTN No.) HCMC only Hai phong only X Water Services X To pay bills, choose Online Transactions to begin: 1 Choose drop-down menu at right screen: To verify by SMS OTP, choose Authenticated by SMS. To verify by Token, choose Authenticated by USB Token. 2 Press Next and choose Bill Payment 8
3 Choose Debit Account. 4 Select Service, Provider, Customer Code, then click Query 3 button. 5 After querying, if Currency and Amount field show: Amount = 0 -> Bill amount is not available or has been paid. Amount = amount on the bill -> Bill has not been paid. 6 In case the amount appearing in the field equals the amount printed on your bill, choose Terms and Conditions and click Continue to pay bill. NOTE: After successfully paying the bill, service provider will update the bill payment status on the system and send VAT invoice to your registered address (which printed on your bill). VnTopup Service VnTopup allows you to top-up your mobile phone every time and everywhere with zero cost. To begin choose Online Transactions: 1 Choose drop-down menu at right screen: To verify by SMS OTP, choose Authenticated by SMS. To verify by Token, choose Authenticated by USB Token. 2 Press Next and choose VnTopup Service 3 Choose Debit Account. 4 Choose Denomination and enter Destination Phone No.. 3 This is a mandatory step, you should not manually input the Amount and Currency field because this will cause errors. 9
5 Choose Terms and Conditions and click Continue to top-up your mobile phone. 10
