The units available as part of this qualification cover a wide range of subjects essential in supporting all aspects of program management such as directing project integration, scope quality and cost whilst giving you exposure to best practice models based on the PMBOK framework. > Duration 5 days of face-to-face training followed by assessment on each unit of competency. For more information on the length of period you have to complete your qualification, please click here. > Delivery Methods In-house Corporate Program Open Programs (face-to-face) > This qualification is right for you If you are involved in or are positioning yourself to play a key role in planning, managing and delivery of large scale projects or programs and want to advance into a more strategic leadership role. Generally viewed as a qualification for program managers it will equip you to work in multi-disciplinary teams (across the organisation) involved in the management of programs and/or project portfolios. > Prerequisites To be successful, you should be performing a broad range of roles that project management entails, ranging from conceptualization and planning stages, through to project completion and evaluation. This will allow sufficient opportunity for you to successfully complete assessment tasks which typically involve work relevant projects, although simulated and/or hypothetical arrangements are also acceptable. Ensure you re prepared by thoroughly reading through these materials. Make a note of areas you feel you may need further information on and of questions you want to have answered when you attend class. > Assessment There are no exams for this qualification. You will be given assessments for each course that you attend. Assessments include a series of underpinning knowledge questions and third party reports.
