Visit the Cloud account login page: http:\\cloud.omnitapps.com\ Here you can create a new account or log-in to your existing account. 3

Licenses Log off Help (this document) User currently logged-in Language selection When you log-in you see your Dashboard. This is the starting point from where you manage your systems. 2.1 Licenses: Add activated Omnitapps computers to your account. 2.2 Systems: Overview of all activated computers of your account. 2.3 Configurations: Edit or create Omnitapps configurations. 2.4 Statistics: Overview of the requests made by your computers. 2.5 Users: Manage user(s) that have access to your account. 2.6 File manager: Manage (PDF) files and folders to be shown by OmniRequest. 2.1 Licenses A licence key is needed to activate Omnitapps on the computers that run OmniRequest Cloud. When you activate Omnitapps information about the computer is sent to the cloud server. A volume license key can activate multiple Omnirequest instances on different computers. After you activated a computer that runs OmniRequest cloud you can proceed in your cloud account by adding the same license key to your account. In the New License field you fill in your license key. After filling in the license the key system will look up the key and finds the corresponding computer that was activated with the same license key. By selecting the computer (system) you add the computer to your account. In the example above it found the computer Omnivision. In this image you see an example license key that was added. By clicking the i button you can see the computer (system) that was connected to this license key. By clicking on the trash bin button you will delete the licence key and also deactivate all computers (systems) that were added with this license key. NOTE: The computer that runs Omnitapps Request will be automatically deactivated! 4

Systems 2.2 Systems You can add computers (systems) to your account as explained at 2.1. (Licenses) Each computer is managed from your account and can have its own configuration. (see 2.3 Configurations) The Systems section in your account provides you information about the system and lets you choose a configuration for each system. In this example you see a computer called Omnivision that has been activated with a license key and will be synchronized with the Default configuration. You also see that Synchronisation is enabled for this system. When synchronisation is enabled the configuration from your cloud account will overwrite the content already running on the Omnitapps computer. Click i (Actions) to change settings for this computer. In this example you see the properties for the computer Omnivision. In this screen you can change: - Select configuration: Change the configuration that will be synchronized. (see 2.3 Configurations) - Actions: Enable or disable synchronization. - Information: Name (Change the name of the computer to a logical other name) 5

Configurations 2.3 Configurations Each computer you add to your account has to synchronize with a certain configuration (content + settings). At the Configurations section you create and manage all your configurations. In this example you add a new configuration by typing a new configuration name and press Add Configuration In this example overview you see that the account has two configurations available called Default and New Configuration. From here you have the following options: Click on the configuration name: Actions - i: Actions - Stacked notes: Actions - Trash bin: Add Configuration: Edit the configuration. Edit the configuration. Copy the configuration and use the copy as a new configuration. Delete the configuration. Add a new configuration by fill in a unique name and click Add Configuration. When you open a configuration you see this menu. On the following pages all settings will be explained. 2.3.1 General settings: General settings such as language and mouse behavior. 2.3.2 Menu: (startscreen) Manage screensaver/startscreen. 2.3.3 Omnirequest: Manage all settings for the PDF request application. 2.3.4 E-mail template: Change the layout of the E-mail that is sent for each brochure request. 6

When you touch (or click) this corner you can scale/rotate that item with one finger. (Click & hold when you use a mouse device) Corner transformation on a touch element.
