OVERVIEW Property Panorama is a service included with Tempo 5 which allows an agent to create: Unlimited virtual tours without any special equipment Virtual tours which can include panoramic/360 views as well as individual property photos Unlimited video tours Unlimited podcast tours Unlimited mobile media (cell phone) tours Both MLS compliant tours (with no agent branding) as well as agent branded tours Branded tours for use on YouTube.com, AOL Video, Google Video Tours for use on Realtor.com (NOTE: This may include a fee depending on the office or agent agreement with Realtor.com) The Property Panorama software automatically stitches individual photos of a room into a continuous panorama without special manipulation by the agent. There is also a built in TalkThru audio system which assists the agent in creating the virtual tour. 8/29/11 Page 1
Property Panorama Guidelines for Photo Taking Use a 5 megapixel camera or better. No need for a tripod. Property Panorama is sophisticated enough to stitch images together aligning them perfectly with regular photos. Ensure proper camera settings: Flash: On Auto Focus: On or Sequential Aspect Ratio: 4:3 Auto Focus: On Date Time Stamp: Off No wide angle lenses or wide angle settings Be sure not to have any people or animals in photos. Be sure to not photograph any branding, such as the real estate sign in the front yard. When taking images use natural lighting or overhead lighting. Take photos from left to right this will help prevent any distortion in the panorama. Try to begin at a point of interest on the left since the panorama begins and ends at that point. Overlap photos approximately 50% as you take photos of the room. Take photos within 15 seconds of each other for photos in the same panorama. Wait at least 40 seconds before beginning the next panorama, or any still photo. Remember you can include both still images and panoramas in your virtual tour. There is no limit to the number of photos taken for each panorama. There is no limit to the number of panoramas and/or still photos that you use for each virtual tour. Once you have taken your photos: 1. Create a folder for the photos on your computer. 2. Name the folder the address of the property, i.e. 1235 Main St. 3. Getting Started on Property Panorama PROPERTY PANORAMA To begin setting up your tour on Property Panorama, you need to logon to Tempo. On the Home Page, at the left side of the screen under Inventory Watch, click the Active Listings link. 8/29/11 Page 3
On the Search Results screen locate the listing and hover over the (located to the left of the listing number). Info bubble When the fly out menu appears, move your cursor over and click on the Edit icon (paper and pencil). The Add/Edit screen for that listing will open. a) In the Links box click the drop down arrow. b) Choose Create a Virtual Tour c) Click the green right facing arrow. NOTE: If you later need to edit the Property Panorama virtual tour, within Tempo click: Click My Sidebar Scroll down to SmartLinks Click Property Panorama 8/29/11 Page 4
5 Steps to Creating a Tour The very first time you start Property Panorama you will need to enter your MLS info. Each time after, the first log in, the system will automatically log you in. STEP 1 In Step 1 you enter all of the required fields for your tour. When coming to Property Panorama through Tempo s Add/Edit, most of these fields will already be filled out. Note: Text keyed into the Detailed Overview of Property and Property Features fields will appear in the Details tab of the completed tour. The required fields will be marked by a red asterisk, so you must enter them all before moving forward. Once you fill out the information or check to see if it s correct, click the button at the bottom of the screen to proceed to the next step. 8/29/11 Page 5
STEP 2 Step 2 is Uploading Your Photos. If you do not see your photo folders you will need to install an Active X control. You will just need to click the yellow bar at the top of the page and select Install. When uploading photos, you will be able to point Property Panorama to the property photo folder already on your computer. The folders where your pictures are located will be on the left. From here you select the photos you want in your tour, or click Select All. Then click Send which will upload the photos to Property Panorama. It may take several minutes for the photos to be uploaded. Click the button at the bottom of the screen to proceed to the next step. 8/29/11 Page 6
STEP 3 Step 3 is Organizing Your Photos. This where you will select a primary scene, create or choose a label for each sceneat the right, rotate the scene (if needed), and delete unwanted scenes. Click the button at the bottom of the screen to proceed to the next step. 8/29/11 Page 7
STEP 4 Step 4 is selecting the Tour View. This where you choose the screen layout for your virtual tour, Thumbnail View or the List View. You can preview these two layouts by clicking View Example next to each. You have the ability to write a description for your photo or panorama at the left, which will scroll across the bottom of the photo in the completed tour. You can also change the order the photos/panoramas will display in by selecting one and using the up and down arrows. 8/29/11 Page 8
STEP 5 The fifth and final step is, Options. On the options screen is where you select the tour skins, music, and where you want them to go. You have the option to make a CD tour, Podcast tour, You Tube video, and Mobile Media tour, which will have your personal photo and contact information. 8/29/11 Page 9
Once you have completed your options, click Finalize Tour. When the system lets you know the tour is complete, click Exit. 8/29/11 Page 10
Once the virtual tour is completed you will be given the chance to view the completed tour. This is an example of the Agent branded version of the virtual tour. The unbranded version will not have the Agent or Company information or photo/logo visible. 8/29/11 Page 11
Working With and Editing Tours If you need to edit the Property Panorama virtual tour, within Tempo click: Click My Sidebar Scroll down to SmartLinks Click Property Panorama When a tour has been created it can be edited from the Members Area. The link to the member area will always be in the top right hand corner of Property Panorama or you can click the Home button in Property Panorama to access the Members Area. From the Members Area you can access your account information, tours, tour links, lead, lead capture settings, and order YouTube signs. 8/29/11 Page 12
When you select My Tours from the Tour Manager it will bring you to this page. By clicking Modify from the My Tours link, you will see this page below. From here you are able to edit your tours by, simply clicking the button of the area you want to edit. 8/29/11 Page 13
By clicking the Linking option you will see the page below. This is where you will access all of your different links to the tours. 8/29/11 Page 14
The last option you will see is the Statistics option. The page below will show you what the statistics look like. You will be able to see the tour views, hits by referring site. 8/29/11 Page 15
From the Members Area you also have access to My Leads and the Lead Capture Setting. Lead capture allows you to capture leads via the virtual tours. When your tour is viewed from any of the selected sites, the viewer will be asked to enter info before moving ahead to see more of the tour. These lead will be stored in the My Leads section. You will also need to choose your settings. From the page below you will see the My Lead Source options. This is where you choose the sites that will prompt the lead capture. 8/29/11 Page 16

Working With Your Account 1. My Profile Information: This is the info that you will enter the very first time you access Property Panorama. This info can be edited at anytime by clicking the link. 8/29/11 Page 18
2. My Portrait: This is where you will upload your agent photo. 1 st you will click Browse, and find where the photo is located on your computer. Then you will select your photo and click Upload Portrait. 3. My Banner: This step is where you can select your company logo, or upload your own. The same steps apply as shown in My Portrait. 4. My Password: This link you allow you to change your current password to a new one. 8/29/11 Page 19
5. Set a Preferred Lender: This will allow you to set your lender preference by entering, a name, company, email address, and phone number. My Billing Information: This link will only show your account info, because you are not charged for using Property Panorama. Customer Service: By clicking this link you can contact the Property Panorama team via, email, online chat, and by phone.
