2 Introduction The Lead Fuel System, created by Hoss Pratt Success Systems, was developed to be a comprehensive, All In One automated database. The software is meant to integrate all aspects of a real estate agents business. Fuel is a multi function-platform with features such as a lead generation system, CRM, an Auto-Dialer, SMS text messaging, lead tracking, one click lead import, database, automated marketing, mailings and action plans. Fuel was introduced and launched at the ReCharge Live! Real Estate Conference in Dallas, TX held October 12-13, 2013. 46% of the agents at the sold out event purchased the software after hearing the benefits of the system. As of yet it has not been released to the public.

3 Login Screen WWW.fuellead.com At bottom of page your are taken to, to access sign in, click on Customer Login Panel. Enter client login information here.

4 Dashboard Screen This will take you to the main Dashboard. The Dashboard has tutorials, account settings and logout across the top. It shows how many active campaigns, total contacts, new leads this month, and referrals. Under this section is the Sales Pipeline Statistics and SMS Conversations. To the left you will find the tabs for Contacts, Campaigns, Lead Capture, and Report. By clicking on the dashboard option, this will give you access to a calendar, the scheduled appointments, and shows the steps for scheduled campaigns.

5 Contacts Screen The contact screen gives you a view of all your contacts. It also has access to the dialer, to add a contact, Manage your tags, manage your custom fields which are extra tags assigned to a contact beside the main ones, and the option to import contacts.

6 Adding a Contact On the add a contact screen you will fill in all the information given for the contact such as Name, contact info, address, who contact is assigned to, and the information about the property. Year built, square feet, listing price, if there are any liens on the property, owner information, if there is a second or third owner, and buyer information. Once all information is entered, at bottom of screen click add contact.

7 Contact Screen Once the contact is entered, you can add appointments, start on a campaign and add notes. The campaign box will show what campaign is used, when created and how many steps are in the campaign. The note section will show activity that has taken place for the lead. There is also a field for additional information. You can add additional tags such as FSBO, Expired, etc and view dialer and SMS activity.

8 Search Filter Screen To search for specific contacts on the contact screen click on search filters at top of page. You can search by First name, contacts assigned to, by field, status, and tags. Once criteria is chosen click on apply filters. You can also choose a previously saved search. You can then choose to work with individual records or do mass actions.

9 Mass Actions On the mass actions screen you can choose the contacts you wish to apply the action to. You can add them all to a selected campaign, archive the contacts, delete them, add or remove tags and this screen offers the option to export the contacts. When you click on the export option the system will ask you to confirm that you wish to export, either click export or cancel. Contacts will be exported as an Excel CSV file.

10 Dialer Screen This is the dialer screen. It shows the amount of active calls. You can create specific lists of contacts to call such as Essential Follow Up List, Expired Call List, FSBO, Probate, and Short Sale Call Lists. There is a section for outcomes of the calls so you can view for each contact. You can create auto voicemails and then choose which to leave from the drop down library. It shows the outbound number shown and also has a manual dialer.

11 Campaigns This screen is for managing your campaigns. Shows how many contacts are on each campaign. You can create new ones, clone an already made one.

12 Lead Capture Screen This screen is dedicated to capturing of leads by call handling and SMS Conversations. For example, on the screen below, if you are setting up a text message you will choose the number you want to use in the conversation, then will choose a keyword for the conversation. When the keyword is used in an incoming message the system will add the conversation to an existing contact. If the person does not exist in the system it will be added along with the conversation. This section also offers website widgets and the option to manage lead distribution.

13 Report Screen This section offers 7 different reports, the contact report screen is shown below. The reports track appointments, contacts, emails, campaigns, text messages, dialer calls and the clients credits. Credits are used for the text message options.

14 SMS Conversations The system allows you to capture phone numbers by using text messages. You can set up different automatic conversations to go out when a keyword is texted to the number you choose. This picture represents a conversation that was initiated when someone texted Home to the chosen phone number.

15 SMS Conversations Cont.. To set up the SMS campaign, click on Lead Capture, SMS Campaigns. On the upper right hand corner click Add SMS Campaign. On this screen you can select the number to use, the keyword that will initiate the conversation and choose the campaign you want to use.

16 Tutorials The system does offer tutorial videos. There is Adding a team member, Importing contacts, Adding credits/recharge, Adding a contact, Dialer Settings, Campaigns, Adding phone numbers, Setting up SMS conversations, Call handling, and Website Widgets.
