Simplified Real Estate Department Acquisition Forms and Council Requests making them fill-in-the-blank computerized forms. Implemented various training courses for real estate agents and appraisers increasing efficiency. Coordinated and improved working relationship and communication between City of Houston Real Estate Department and Property Division of the City of Houston Legal Department thereby increasing efficiency on legally complicated real estate transactions.
