Employment Objectives My goal as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Emergency Care is to develop and ensure compliance with trauma protocols among all involved nursing staff members. To carefully review and evaluate charts, and provide realistic recommendations for change. Maintain clinical skills and act as a role model for nursing staff members. Give feedback to nursing staff and prehospital care providers. To communicate trauma protocols, policies, procedures, and goals for nursing staff members. Actively participate in public education/prevention programs. To serve as a resource person for nursing staff members. I would like to given the opportunity become a member of your staff, as I am very confident in my abilities to organize, strong interpersonal skills, and as well as good communications skills. I have a passion to discover the reasons for the increased accident ratio where young children are being seriously injured at home by moving vehicles. This is a project which I worked on in 1993-1995. I would like to continue and develop safety awareness programs for the community.
