How do I change the logo? The company logo on your website is pulled in from your KIGO account > Setup> Solution Setup> LOGO Can I make the logo larger or smaller? Yes! You can determine the size of your logo from the Appearance> Theme Options > General > Logo Size How do I add change or remove the Kigo copyright in the footer? It is not possible to remove the Kigo copyright from the footer. Can I add a favicon? Yes! You can add a favicon to your website from Appearance> Theme Options> General > Favicon. Navigation Menu. How do I change my navigation menu? You can change your navigation menu from Appearance> Menus. Simply select the box next to the page on the left hand side and then click Add to menu. If you do not see the page listed, you can select the View All tab to show all pages. Make sure to add the page before you can add it to the menu. After you have added the pages to the navigation menu, you can edit the navigation menu by using your mouse to move the pages. How do I re direct a menu item to an outside website? You can link a navigation menu item to an outside website from Appearance> Menus> Custom Links. Enter the url and Link Text (Title of navigation menu item). After you have added the page to the navigation menu, you can edit the navigation menu order by using your mouse to move the pages. How do I make a navigation menu item non clickable? You can make a navigation menu item non clickable from Appearance> Menus> Custom Links. Replace the http:// with # and enter Link Text (Title of navigation menu item). This is most commonly used when the navigation item has a sub navigation menu below. After you have added the page to the navigation menu, you can edit the navigation menu order by using your mouse to move the pages. Make sure to click Save Menu after all changes. While you are unable to add more than one address or phone number to the header and footer of your site, you can add more than one address to the Contact page. Can I add page links to the footer? While you cannot add page links to the footer of your site, you can use the Resources widgets on the home page to direct users to other pages. Can I add a page that auto sorts the published listing by certain criteria? You are only able to have one page with all the published rentals/ properties. The only way to sort by a certain criteria is using the Property Finders that will group the properties matching certain criterias. How do I change the displayed image of the property? If you would like to change the image displayed on your website for a property, you can do so from the APP > Properties tab in your KIGO account. Make sure the image you would like to display is the first image listed. The header image is pixelated on the property detail page. How do I fix that? If the header image on the property detail page is pixelated that means the first image is too small. Make sure that you have a high resolution image that is at least 1440 px x 450 px. Can I add content to the top of the Listing page? The Listing page are meant to only display the properties listed. You can use other pages for content while these pages will be designed to display published listings. Can I have properties from multiple KIGO accounts display on the same website? Properties displaying on your website can only feed in from one KIGO account. Each KIGO account will need to have its own website. Go Live and Domain Name How do I take my site live? You need to buy a domain name in a Registrar Company and ask a webmaster to point the A record to the KIGO IP and create the CNAME to the proper one you will find in KIGO Plugin > Take me Live Once you have done this, please send a mail a support and we will procede changing the domain name in our Kigo Settings Can I have a sub domain?
