GENERAL LANGUAGE COURSES Learn German with the professionals: the Goethe-Institut Montreal offers regular language courses at all levels. Following an individual placement test, you can begin learning at the level suited to you. If you have no previous knowledge of German, you will automatically be registered at level A1.1. For course Participants (16 years+) REGULAR COURSES Duration of course: 12 weeks Start: January 9, 2016 Frequency: once per week (4 teaching units) Total of 48 teaching units (1 teaching unit = 45 minutes) Participants: a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 18 Course fee: $ 500 (for courses during the week) Course fee: $ 510 (for courses on Saturdays) ACCELERATED COURSEs Duration of course: 9 weeks Start: January 8, 2016 (A1.2) Start: January 30, 2016 (A1.1) Frequency: once per week (4 teaching units) Total of 36 teaching units (1 teaching unit = 45 minutes) Participants: a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 Course fee: $ 600 For Teens (ages 12 15) REGULAR COURSES Duration of course: 12 weeks Start: January 8, 2016 Frequency: once per week (3 teaching units) Total of 36 teaching units (1 teaching unit = 45 minutes) Participants: maximum class size 16 Course fee: $ 390 SPECIAL COURSES In our special courses you can perfect your pronunciation and intonation. You can practice skills such as writing or conversation, or acquire specialized knowledge on topics such as literature, cinema, contemporary Germany etc. Duration of course: 10 weeks Start: January 11, 2016 Frequency: once per week (2 teaching units) Total of 20 teaching units (1 teaching unit = 45 minutes) Participants: a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 16 Course fee: $ 250 TAILOR MADE COURSES We work with you to tailor the ideal course for an individual or for a small group. Courses can be taught at the Goethe-Institut or at your location. The contents, frequency and duration of the course will be made to suit your needs and wishes.
