Having won a contract with a word-eading financia services company, they needed to increase their understanding of the banking and finance sector. The course director of Kingston Business Schoo s Banking & Finance MSc designed a bespoke two-day course that was deivered at Euro RSCG s premises to 10 executives from a eves, none of whom had previous experience in this area. KTP is a government initiative that heps organisations, particuary SMEs, to gain access to university knowedge, expertise and resources. KTPs support companies by providing up to 60 per cent of costs, project management and training. Your company wi identify a project that has strategic importance to your organisation s deveopment. Projects must be: innovative; growth orientated; and run between six months and three years. Once a partnership has been approved, a suitaby quaified graduate (Associate), supervised jointy by you and Kingston Business Schoo, wi be empoyed for up to three years to impement the project. A KTP offers a great opportunity for companies to access knowedge, technoogy and skis that woud not be avaiabe through other means.
