What is the 3 TAB Bet Sender The 3 TAB Bet Sender is a program designed by ROIC Pty Ltd T/A Horse Racing software to allow quick and simultaneous bet sending abilities to Australia s major Totalisor Administration Boards. It currently integrates with our Live Program 2. It scans, listens and waits for Live Program 2 to indicate it wants to send a bet through. When it detects this is occurring it will determine which TAB s the bets need to go to and then sends them. In the not too distant future we imagine that we will be able to send bets directly into major bookmakers and the betting exchange, Betfair. 3 of 20

Entering Login Details The TAB would have provided you with your own personal username and password for each of your accounts. You can enter those into the corresponding boxes. The software does not save these and you will have to enter them in every time. Why? This is simply a security precaution. If your computer was to be stolen, hacked, or something of the sorts then your personal TAB information remains safe. 17 of 20
Testing Logins It is IMPERATIVE that you test each login that you have filled in to make sure you haven t entered invalid details. You can see from the screenshot below that I inadvertently entered invalid VIC Tab Details. If I hadn t tested it the software wouldn t have sent a bet when actually running live as a result. 18 of 20
Here I have remedied the error and all the logins are working fine. 19 of 20
Scanning Mode The last step is to turning scanning mode ON. When you turn scanning mode on, the 3 TAB Bet Sender is listening for you to click the Send button on Live Program 2. You should see that two things have happened here. 1. The button went from Begin Scanning to Stop Scanning and; 2. The RED Scanning Mode is off turned into a GREEN Scanning mode is on So once everything is configured for the first time all you need to do is. 1. Login to the 3 TAB Bet Sender 2. Enter your login details 3. Test the logins 4. Click Begin Scanning 5. Now you are ready to send bets with Live Program 2 WARNING If you try to send a bet through without clicking the "Begin Scanning" button on the 3 TAB Bet Sender after logging in it will create a bet file in the set path. If the details (meet code and race number) match a different event then it would (in normal circumstances) send through as a valid bet. The 3 TAB Bet Sender will automatically delete any previous information when it begins scanning. The moral of the story is to please ensure that you don t forget to click Begin Scanning when you are ready. 20 of 20
