DAFNE Consortium A B2B community, whose mission is to develop a partnership with all the subjects of the supply chain to optimize the distribution processes and its related administrative management. Goals: quality service and savings Integration among partners is enabled by developing telematic connection projects, using EDI standard and Internet, promoting dematerialisation of documents in the order cycle. «Telematic trasmission and dematerialisation» throughout the entire order cycle (order and order confirmation, delivery note, invoice, payment/collection) allow to reduce/eliminate: Clericals errors Credit notes Time and transmission costs Waste of paper and lack of space Time and management costs due to the manual filing system and document reconciliation and also to consider the proper service level by the tracking order (from its transmission to the client s delivery report)

Conclusions Dematerialisation: from order to delivery note, from invoice to payment/collection, from digitalised storage to automatic reconciliation, it deals with a necessary and irreversible process for a modern, efficient and more and more qualifying Healtchcare Supply Chain management A process, hastened by specific and more frequent requests, as mentioned in the Chapter of Hospitals tenders and motivated by the need of a more efficient Public Administration The Council of State (meeting of Oct. 12, 2012) accepts the regulation schema identifying technical rules and guidelines for electronic invoices process management towards all Public Administration

At work without documents dematerialisation!

At work using innovative processes and documents dematerialisation More efficiency, less costs, less mistakes, a better service, clear spaces, less paper waste and more trees!
