JMAC LEAN System Consulting 10 Goals There are many consultants who can teach the Lean methodologies. However, your goal must not be the application of these techniques. Needless to say, financial result must be realized, but this is not enough. A sustainable competitive advantage that continuously generate the financial excellence should be developed. This competitive advantage is developed only by human resource, so the involvement of managers, staffs, and operators is the critical issue. Customization JMAC Lean consultants always keep these two targets (financial / HR involvement) in their mind. Depending on the client s needs, target and current level of management, we suggest and provide a customized consulting program, ideal consulting team, appropriate theme and period.
