- - - Inclusive Business Accelerator What: Key Offerings The Accelerator will increase economic benefit to the poor, implement inclusive business practices and grow a cohort of new leadership by delivering diverse offerings across three core areas Technical Assistance Technical assistance will leverage core capabilities to both provide opportunities to the BOP and enhance the growth of cohort participants Brokered Resources Brokered resources are key offerings for cohort participants that the Incubator will develop and deliver, largely through external partnerships Leveraged Impact The Accelerator will create leveraged impact by enhancing the public policy environment in which it works and disseminating key learnings to the development community 1 Inclusive Business Advisory Projects 2 Strategy / Management Consulting 4 Coaching 5 Education 6 Access to Capital2 8 Public Policy Support 9 Dissemination 3 Convenings 7 Access to Peer- Network Note: 1: Inclusive Business is a business initiative that contributes both to the bottom line of the company and to the livelihoods of the poor through 1) the inclusion of the poor as suppliers or distributors of goods and services; 2) serving the needs of the poor as consumers; and/or 3) considering the poor as a workforce to propel growth. 2: The Incubator will provide both access to investors through 45 relationships and access to a companion fund assembled to focus on and invest in Inclusive Businesses.
